They did a great job. They were as unobtrusive as possible, they worked well. The price was good.

They came out several times about three years in a row and they always did a very good job. It was just one man that came out, except sometimes there were two men and they both cleaned a window, one on the outside and one on the inside. They cleaned a window at the same time and they were very professional and pleasant. They didn't leave anything behind and everything was okay when they left.

I called 3 window cleaners found on Angie's List.  Squee Gee Clean had lots of positive comments on Angie's List and was the first one to call me back - within a day.  I planned to wash  the interior windows of our house myself except for the ones that are very high.  I was looking for someone to do the exterior washing and the 4 windows inside that are high.  We discussed price on the phone and the price was reasonable.  Frank said he could and would do the interior high windows in our great room.  Not everyone will do interior windows so I appreciated that.  We set an appointment for NO LATER THAN 1PM on 11/11/2011 because I had a late afternoon appointment.  He assured me he would be here no later than 1pm.  That morning I washed all the interior windows and moved furniture to make it easy for him to get to the high windows.  1 pm came and went and there was no Squee Gee Clean in sight.  I called and left a voice mail (at about 2:30 pm I think) asking what happened.  At about 2:50 pm a Squee Gee Clean employee called to say he would arrive in about 10 minutes.    I told him not to come.  I was getting ready to leave for my next appointment and did not have time to deal with him.  He said Frank had told him that it was OK as long as he arrived by 3 and got the inside windows done before I left at 3:30.  Then he could do the outside of the windows after I left.  Unfortunately, Frank did not call me to discuss his change in plans.  I am a firm believer in "Do what you say you are going to do when you say you are going to do it or renegotiate". Frank did call me that evening and he left a message apologizing.  He also called a few days later to see if I wanted to reschedule.  I had already called another provider who came out the same day I called and completed the job.  Having worked in customer service management for many years I understand that things happen with employees and they call off work.  As a result, sometimes plans must be changed.  The failure here was a failure to communicate.  Had Frank called me that morning to explain the situation and to renegotiate the appointment time or reschedule for another day instead of assuming that the change would be OK with me, perhaps we could have worked something out.  I would be willing to comsider using Squee Gee Clean again.  Communication issues can be corrected.

They do a good job. They are incredibly reasonable in price. They are prompt. They come when they say they are going to be here; for any reasons if they have an emergency he calls and lets me know. Once they had a family emergency and they called and let me know about it. They are absolutely reliable. They do a good job. They are better on the price. I would use them in the future.

I found SqueeGee Clean on Angie's List, & I've used them for 3 consecutive years. They are very courteous, responsive to phone calls, & very timely in arriving & completing the work. The workers are terrific, they work fast, do a thorough job, & clean up thoroughly so you never know they'd been there. I will continue to use this company annually to clean windows.
