Smith Bros. Inc. is a family owned and operated landscape supply business located in Medina, Ohio. We use the experience of three generations to provide a knowledgeable service with superior products. We are focused on and dedicated to the needs of our customers in the green industry and beyond. We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Check. We are open M-F 8-6 and Sat 8-4, seasonally on Sundays. We have 4 locations (Medina, Montville, Bath, and Holmesville) that you can pick up products at, or have your products delivered. There is also The Greenhouse in Bath, which also carries mulch, and The Feed Room... "if it eats, we feed it!" ... at 3087 Marks Rd, Medina. We also carry Firewood, Fire blocks, ECO Bricks, and bagged Salt. We are open to the public and contractors. We also have delivery Feed Routes, call for details. You can also place orders online at www.SmithBrosMulch.com We have a Greenhouse in Bath, and The Feed Room, at our Main Yard, on Marks Rd, Medina (open all year). We offer delivery on most products and pick up at 4 locations.

Tree is dying, contacted them 6 months in and they ignored me. This is a lot of money to waste. This is the Bath, Ohio store - do not let them do your planting!!!!!!!!!!!

I looked up a provider on Angie's List - chose Smith Brothers and looked up their website - called at 1:30 PM and asked for availability and price - they delivered the Sweet Soil at 3:30 PM same day.  At my request the soil was dumped on my raised bed saving me the trouble of moving it to the bed.  The soil was as described on the website.

One goof - I ordered 5cyrds of their triple processed mulch on Tuesday for Friday afternoon delivery. Called Friday @ 5pm wondering where my "afternoon" delivery was. They said that they had 200+ orders and would get to me sometime that night (it was for Memorial Day weekend). Next morning, no mulch, so I called to figure out what happened. After a short call they found my order got mixed in Sat delivery and offered it immediately & after a short discussion refunded my delivery fee (I was a longer distance than the free delivery range). I consider the mixup made right, but I'm a little annoyed that "afternoon" meant anytime Friday. I was originally planning to be home @5pm to begin mulching around the yard. The mulch is done now & looks great. Good quality, natural color (no additives) product.

Smith Bros made it easy to order the mulch, and although the price was much higher than the last time I had ordered (from another company), they had a better price than other mulch providers in the area. The driver arrived on time when promised, and was courteous. I've had the mulch in my beds for almost a year now, and it has held up quite well compared to the previous times I've ordered mulch. In addition, their mulch appeared to be of better quality than the mulch that other providers delivered in previous years.

.I was last there yesterday. They delivered soil. I have had deliveries every year. The price is reasonable. I like the fact they are on time, they follow up, they due what they are supposed to do. They are good.

Smith Brothers delivered mulch for us on 2 different days (we needed so much one trip couldn't cover it). Delivery was on time, went well and courteous. We ran out on the 2nd delivery and they stayed open for us to buy a truck load on a Saturday afternoon.
