I contacted them and told them what I wanted my security system to do. They laid out several options for me. I chose the options I wanted. They ordered the equipment. It was installed about 2 weeks later in one day. The monitoring has gone on without a hitch. In fact my dad called concerned because in Bath they were cutting phone lines and breaking into houses so I called to express concern. They explained this system will not fail because it is a two way communication so it would alert to them if someone cut the line because it "checks in" with my brain on my end so if the check is not made it would send a trouble. Also I have redundancy in regular phone line and cellular for my brain to call out. I feel very secure.
