+ -1 moreHe was inebriated when he showed up at my house. He said the job was too big for him to do. He was not prepared with an estimate or any type of paperwork. He was not on time at all and even showed up at the most inconvenient time, when I told him I was going to be unavailable.
Description of Work: I had Mike come over to my house to do an estimate for my roof and floor replacement.
