i hve used this cleanng service fao a while now and i am pleased with them, If i have any problem the owner is helpful and will do what she can to resolve it

I have been looking for a cleaner that would send the same person each time they cleaned, instead of a different cleaning "team" for each visit.  Red Rose has sent the same cleaner each time, and has said that if there are changes I will be informed ahead of time. My cleaner has been to the house twice.  She arrives exactly on time and gets right to work.  She is very methodical.    I am there to let her in, and she always asks if there are any special cleaning requests. I have a terrible time keeping my floors clean, and they have been pristine when I come home in the evening.   Compared to cleaners in the past, I am extremely pleased.
I like the fact that the owner is willing to communicate by email, as I am extremely difficult to reach by phone and hate playing telephone tag.  I was also pleased that, when I had to cancel the first visit owing to the sudden onset of food poisoning, she did not charge me a penalty fee, although I expected there to be one.  Since I cancelled an hour before the cleaner was due to arrive, I was pleasantly surprised by this. 
Red Rose also bills for their services, so I am not scrambling to remember where I left my checkbook the morning the cleaner comes.  I appreciate that, too!

I like them because it is always the same person each time.  She will clean anything that I ask of her.  She is very detailed and good at what she does.  They are very punctual & always on time.  I can't say enough good things about this company. 
The first time they cleaned for me the the owner called me to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out.
