VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE WERE UNCERTAIN AS TO WHICH PLAYSET TO PURCHASE AND THE SALESPERSON PATIENTLY EXPLAINED THE PROS AND CONS OF EACH SET. WHEN THE TWO MAN CREW CAME OUT TO SET IT UP IT HAD RAINED THE DAY PRIOR AND THE PLAYGROUND AREA WAS A MUD PIT. THEY RESCHEDULED WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
