I attempted to solve this on my own following steps I found on Google, but I could not get it to work.  Pieri solved my problem for me very quickly.  As you can imagine, saving thousands of pictures was a huge value to me and I am extremely grateful to her!
Pieri was terrific.  She spent a great deal of time on the phone with me counseling me on a number of matters computer related.  I now get her regular newsletter for tips and information as well.  She is polite and professional and her service was extremely fast and personal.  She actually came to my house to get my computer items!!  I found her fee structure to be so reasonable, I insisted on tipping her.  What she did for me was worth more to me than she was asking in my particular instance.
I will definitely go to Pieri at PC Computing, LLC first with any future computer service needs and I cannot recommend gher strongly enough!!

She is very knowledgeable, patient and a great personality.  She knows computers like the back of her hand.  She really just knows what she's doing.

She showed up promptly on a cold morning, studied the situation, then suggested that NO changes should be made. Her reasons were compelling -- we are always guaranteed a new modem, free, if anything goes wrong with the rented one, and Time Warner's technicians will fix any problems we have, with no service call charge. We decided to take her advice. I will return the newly purchased equipment, and we will continue with things as they were. and quot;If it ain't broke, don't fix itand quot; seems to be her philosophy. Now here come the BIGGIE: she refused payment for her services. Who ever heard of a and quot;doctorand quot; (computer doctor, in this case) declining money for giving good advice? We have put her on speed dial.

Pieri is always very professional and answers all questions. She makes you feel as if you are her only customer, never rushing, but effectively solving the problem. I have had 2 different computers repaired by her and now my family has also began using her service. We all have a varied understanding of computers and Pieri communicates in a way that each of us are able to understand. It is refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable who also communicates her knowledge so well.

I have attended Pier's 8-week Excel 2010 class at the Medina Career Center and some workshops at the Akron U - University Center in Medina.
Her tune-ups are through. Pieri seems to be able to get right to the crux of the problem and fix it. I joke with her that virus just give up and die as soon as they hear her voice. Pieri is constantly learning and loves a puzzle - so if a computer problem stumps her at the beginning - she keeps digging until she solves the problem.
There's no one better to know if you own a computer.

Pieri is one of those questioning techs that won't quit until the job is done. If she doesn't automatically know the answer (and she knows a lot) she mines the internet or her network of computer tech associates to find the solution. I would recommend her to anyone! And I will continue to use her!
