When I originally spoke to our salesman, he said he could carpet the rec room for around $700 and the office for approximately $500; the final cost was over $1,700. The carpeting was scheduled in 2 appointments to give us time to move the furniture out. The first installers came out and did a good job on the rec room. The 2nd appointment went terribly bad because their truck broke down and they couldn't come out that day. The company scheduled 2 guys from their Wooster location to come out to complete the office. They were late coming out but did a fair job in completing the work. Two days later, we finished putting all the stuff back in my husbands office and realized that a set of antique collectible items were missing. They were there before the installation and were missing afterwards and the installers were the only ones other than me and my husband in the house. We contacted our salesman and he told my husband that he would have the owner call us back (that never happened). After trying to reach our salesman over several days, I called the store and asked to speak to his sales manager and he gave us the contacts from the Wooster store and had our salesman contact us. I would highly suggest that if you use this company to install carpeting, that you inspect the rolls of old carpeting they remove before they leave your home and stay there and watch them so the same thing doesn't happen to you.

Very helpful choosing carpet and the price was great. They were in and out in just a couple of hours. Very nice people and excellent work. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Amazing from start to finish. We remodeled our house and National Carpet stood out of all the companies we worked with. They stuck to their schedule, did exquisite work, and had a great attitude while they worked. I wouldn't go through anyone else for future work I need done on my house.

I went to National Carpet Mill Outlet because they advertise prices lower than the big box stores.  The price I was quoted
seemed high..even commented to the salesman that I wanted to check with big box store first.  He assured me they would not have what I needed, so I reluctantly purchased.  Went home and found exactly what I needed at Home Depot, at a lesser cost....my own fault for not checking first...and trusting another commissioned salesman.

We visited the show room and discussed our concerns about a family members power wheelchair.  Everyone was helpful in assessing our overall needs and we quickly found an in stock carpet tht met our needs and color preference.  We scheduled a measurement and installation dates.  Everyone showed up on time an were very professional.     After installation we found one small area the needed trimmed up,.  Called and they came out at our convenience and fixed the issue.  So far very pleased wiht teh carpet.

They were faster than I thought. They were really really good. The worker with whom I dealt was Mariel and he was outstanding. He was very helpful in all ways. He was excellent.

I recommend National Carpet Outlet for vinyl flooring and carpeting.  My salesman, Jerry, worked to ensure timely delivery from National?s Wooster location to my home.  Jerry scheduled installation to best suit my schedule (staggered installation dates).  Both the vinyl installers and the carpeting installers arrived on time, quickly set up, completed the installation and cleaned up in less time than I anticipated.  Both the vinyl installers and the carpeting installers did an unmistakably professional job.  All of the men on the crews were pleasant and professional.  My family and I are very happy with our "new house."  Every visitor to our home has complimented the appearance and quality of the vinyl and carpeting.
The vinyl installation crew replaced vinyl in the kitchen, dining room, full bath and foyer.  The carpet installation crew replaced carpeting throughout a stairway, living room, beside decorative rails, and long hallway.  The living room and hallway were done in a single piece of carpeting.

We had vinyl tile and carpet installed. They did a very professional job.

It went very well. The staff was very professional and showed up exactly when they said they would. The installers did an excellent job and the carpet looks great!

They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We brought home a large number of samples of carpet, vinyl and hardwood floors and they were very helpful in finding exactly what we wanted. Their price was very reasonable, and the installation process was excellent. They showed up exactly when scheduled, did a great job with the installation, and were careful with our newly installed floors and drywall. It was a great experience all around.

I had a great experience at this store. The sales person was very nice and processional and knowledgeable about the product and he was helpful in scheduling the installation crew to come out to my home.
