We are an old fashion maid service that helps busy families take care of their homes. All floors are done on hands and knees! All of our cleaners are insured, bonded, covered under Worker's Compensation, background checked and go through an extensive training program. We service all of Medina County including areas such as: Brunswick, Wadsworth, Medina, Valley City, Hinckley, Seville, Sharon Center, Litchfield, Lodi and Chippewa Lake.

The cleaners worked very hard, no breaks to gossip or goof off... they worked. All 7 were polite, friendly and very professional. All got along famously with our 2 dogs and got all of the dog fur that was stuck in the corners and under the furniture. They had a check list to follow, with special instructions for different types of furniture and parts of the house that we had special instructions for.
We were even impressed that when they parked their cars, they didn't block the driveway, leaving half of it open for anyone who stopped by for a visit to pull into.
We're both very pleased with the results and are looking forward to regular cleanings by MTO.

MTO has cleaned approximately 3 times and have done a good job. We have had no issues. They are thorough, professional and trustworthy (we gave them a key to our house). The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well and it was apparent they swept and dusted. The owner also was very open and advised that if anything is ever forgotten or not cleaned to our satisfaction to let him know. The only item that bugs me (and we have had the same issues with other cleaning companies) is the reluctance to move items to clean under them. Example if my daughter's dresser is cluttered, they only dust the open areas. Or if the coffee table has magazines on the bottom shelf, they do not dust the shelf. They will dust furniture with minimal knick knacks and pictures.
They have consistently arrived to clean on their scheduled day which is greatly appreciated.
I would recommend MTO to others looking for a cleaning company that does a very good job on a consistent basis for a fair price. Considering their are a business and pay taxes and insurance, the cost is reasonable. If you normally pay an individual cash to clean, then MTO is slightly higher but you have the peace of mind knowing they are insured and reputable.

We could not be anymore pleased with MTO. Heather is always punctual, friendly, and very thorough. We are so happy with her work. I would recommend MTO to anyone who is looking to lighten their load by having help with the housework.
The office staff and Sean have also always been very professional when I've needed to adjust appointments. We started out using MTO as a one time service when we first moved into our home. We quickly decided to add the twice a month kitchen/bathroom cleaning. I have no regrets. This is money very well spent!!

UPDATE:
We are still using MTO and they are AMAZING. Even changing workers a few times the level of service is EXCEPTIONAL. We love Sean and his team! I will NEVER use another company!
