MEDINA HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

All went as hoped

It's now been 7 months since Medina Heating and Air Conditioning did our install. They replaced a lousy 12 year old Lennox system with an awesome new TRANE system. In addition, they replaced my old tank water heater with a tankless Rinnai unit and installed an all new interior gas line with hookups. First off, they did a superb job with the install, but that's not even the beginning of this good review. I had to 2 other local HVAC companies come out prior to meeting Medina Heating. Both of those estimates were WAY too high. The first guy from Blind & Sons was a complete jerk, so there was no way I was considering them (12k for just heat and A/C too). The 2nd estimate, from what was my current HVAC company at the time(Schar HVAC), sent a guy out that new nothing about the product he was selling. Not to mention they wanted 15k for just the Heat and A/C, no tankless water heater. So, now I get to Medina Heating and Air Conditioning. By now I figure all these companies are shysters. Boy was I wrong! The estimator was a wonderful guy. Kind, courteous, and very helpful. He gave us a fantastic deal with no haggling AND it included the top-of-line Rinnai tankless water heater. All of this for less than the first 2 companies. It was a done deal right then and there. The installers came out and did a fantastic job. They even worked extra hard to get the A/C up and running when they knew that it was going to be 90 degrees that day. I don't post a lot of reviews and I meant to post this sooner. I hope everyone at Medina Heating and Air Conditioning get to read this and realize how happy we are with their business. We will be using them from now on for everything and will most definitely recommend them to EVERYONE. Thank you so much!!! Chris & Jen Myers

We solicited estimates from three different companies. Medina provided the best estimate for what we needed done. They were knowledgeable and professional. They were on time for the install and were done in a day in a half to replace both. Very satisfied.

They are excellent and most reliable. Their follow up service is top notch. I would highly recommend them.

Great. Very professional and helpful. Did not try to upswell products we did not need. Helped me register for warranties. Cleaned up nicely.

Matt was the technician that came to my home. Service was provided the same day I called. He was prompt, courteous and polite. I will recommend Medina Heating and Air to all my friends.

If you want an honest quote for or A/C and/or furnace, I would highly recommend Medina Heating & Air conditioning. My A/C unit broke in the heart of summer. As it turns out I needed a new A/C and furnace due to the age and inefficiency of the old furnace. I received 4 quotes and Medina Heating & Air conditioning seemed like the only company that wasn't "taking advantage" of the situation. Meaning the other companies were up charging me because they knew I needed an A/C unit immediately. I also like that Medina Heating & Air conditioning uses Trane products as as the old Trane A/C unit lasted approximately 27 years. Additionally, I had read a ton of positive reviews regarding Trane A/C and furnace units.

Everything went well. It was in the heat of the summer so I did have to wait a little bit for an appointment. However, they did a great job and were very prompt and professional. They also have great follow up service, especially if you find something small that needs repaired. I would definitely recommend them!

They were easy to deal with and professional. No high pressure sales like some of the other companies. They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They installed both units in 2 days and cleaned up all the mess. The units are working fine. Great company!!!

They came and did the job. I would probably not use them again because they gave me a quote on a new air conditioner and I didn't decide to buy one but I did talk to a cousin of mine that's in the business and he thought the price was a bit high.

Checked boiler manifold, changed igniter and could read his handwriting. Nice job.

We quoted 6 companies and not only were they the lowest price but when we compared the actual products taht they quoted they actually upsized them versus the competitors. When the performed the work, the installers were not only professional but they were kind as well! Truly this team of people is a class opearation from the front office to the installer!

Qoute was well presented. Professional. Explained product and options well. Did not bad mouth competitors. Installers did Excellent work, on time, friendly and professional.Finished same day.Must return to do chimney liner. Furnace and ductwork look beautiful and work great.

All the work and follow up was done very well. We live in Westalke and was concerned if a Medina company would come to Westlake. To our surprise they were great and even more competitive.

Brett came out at right about the promised time and was very polite. He left me with a written quote before he left and the entire visit went very smoothly. My only complaint is that he wanted me to move up to a 3.5 ton unit (from a 3.0 ton) without doing a load calculation or other substantiation for increasing size.
