Very professional - from quote through project completion. Installation was completed on time. Installers were very meticulous in all aspects of installation and cleanup. Would highly recommend!

They were very professional.  Had a little miss communication in the time they were suppose to show up.  But they were very apologetic and show up at my door to apologize to me in person.  rescheduled and the work was done and completed to my satisfaction.  Took the time to see what the problem was or where the leak was coming from.  I would hire the, again.

Everything went really smoothly.  Setting up an appointment was easy, they called ahead and showed up on time.  Were very knowledgeable about my options with the skylights and didn't try to upsell me on anything.  Installation went really well also, the crew was timely, neat and courteous.  The new skylights are great - no more leaks and much more energy efficient.  Would definitely use them for other work in the future.

They were very professional, offered suggestions/options and completed the work on time. The construction was done very well. We have received many compliments on the quality of the work they did. Two neighbors on the street contracted with them for projects following our projects. They were very careful during the construction and cleaned up the site/house well. Kevin and Bryan handled both projects. They were punctual, cleaned up the job site completely and were easy to communicate with about ideas/questions.

Was looking for a steel roof, dan from medina exteriors was the only response. He came to the home and sold my husband! Itand quot;s the caddy of roofs its's expensive, but no more roofs on this house for our life time . It's beautiful and they did everything they said they would dan was there every step of the way.

We had 4 estimates for the roof replacement. Medina Exteriors was actually the highest estimate, but after talking with Brett, we compared apples-to-apples and actual material used, and were able to come to a revised estimate that was closer to the other estimates. We had work previously done by Medina Exteriors and were pleased with their prior work so we signed a contract with them for the roof. This was in January, and it was estimated it would be 3-4 months before work would begin. Due to the mild winter, work began about 3 weeks later. We have a fairly large roof, and the tear off and replacement was completed in 3 1/2 days. There were a few issues with landscaping and some leakage from the tear-off, but it was handled very well. There are always issues when a job like this is done, the difference with companies is how they handle it, and Medina Exteriors handled everything very well, were very neat and courteous.

they did what they said they would

We had never done any remodeling like this before. They walked us through the process. They were very good. As we changed our minds, they were very gracious. They accommodated us. I think they did a great job. They were a little more expensive, but I think they were worth it.

I am SOO impressed with them!! They finished the job on our two story colonial in ONE day! They were there when they said they were going to be and they were all very professional!!!

The job was done within the time frame given at the contract signing. The crew was polite and quiet. No loud music playing. The jobsite was cleaned up promptly and properly. The owner came to the house after the job and we went on the roof and inspected the work together. Everything was satisfactory.

All went well with Medina Exteriors. The only delay was due to the weather. The company's president, Brett Ruiz, visited the site several times to review progress and make sure that I was satisfied. The workers were skilled and polite. I had several bids for this work and choose Medina Exteriors because their price was competitive, I've seen their work often in the Medina area, their proposal addressed all my needs and offered viable options, the products were explained to my satisfaction, their workforce was sufficient enough to reduce contingencies related to worker absences and finally, an overall comfort level that I had in this local company.

They did a nice job and they did it on budget. They did what they said they would. I didn’t have any problems with them. My experience with them was very good. I have nothing negative to say about them. I recently dealt with them to get an estimate for my kitchen.

They arrived early with a large crew, and started working promptly. They were able to complete the job in one day. Everything was timed out well and did they did the job. I have only one complaint; they did a lousy job of cleaning up after the job was completed. The bottom line is that they could have done a better job with the clean up. I was pleased with the price, and that they did negotiate the price with me.
