We met with 3 other contractors prior to meeting Shawn and picked him based on his professionalism, honesty, promtness with coming out and replying to requests, as well as his sense of humor. Shawn Marquard and his team came into an existing project after another contractor quit on us. he was thorough, agreeable, priced realistically, responsive, and finished on time and within budget. they did so many little extras along the way. this was out first experience with such a project and we plan on using Shawn and the guys for a master bath facelift soon.
