Fantastic! Very courteous, professional and efficient.

Not a good value. Exterior windows washed and not well. Did not wash two windows that I paid to have washed. Many windows have streaks and you can see where the washing device and cloth left residue. The two workers were pleasant and checked their work. They cleaned the windows late in the afternoon and it was 90+ degrees.

Punctual, polite, professional. They use a "green" cleaning method that leaves no residual chemical odor, along with a cleaning solution that does not leave the carpet saturated and wet for more than a day or overnight. They also had no problem moving some of the more difficult pieces of furniture and took special care to protect the carpet from table legs and heavier furniture staining from contact with cleaned carpet. And they put it all back where it was ! I have already recommended them friends and family and will definitely use them in the future.

John was polite and friendly. I am pleased withe the results. He went above and beyond on his own initiative. I was beyond thrilled!

It was horrible. They did not clean the toilet there was feces around the seat. There were big cobwebs in the middle of the floor. The floor was not even swept. We never knew when they were coming they would come whenever they feel like. I was very very disappointed. Price was not important to me if they did a wonderful job I would have paid them anything.

They did a real good job. We were impressed with them. What impressed me is that there were guys and his boss and they were thorough. They were straight forward in what they were going to do and they did exactly that they said they were going to do, super. They are always there when they say they will be there. I would use them again in the future without a doubt.

Scheduling wasn’t hard. They were easy to talk to and open to anything I had to say. They did a good job.

They were pleasant and there no problems scheduling. They sprayed it with a chemical and then sucked it back up, I'm not sure if the carpet was scrubbed. It took a couple of days to dry and it didn’t come as clean as I thought it would. There were still white lines in the seams and I’m not sure why.

Dlyan was on time and very courteous. He worked hard for an hour and a half and the carpets looked and smelled great. I think it is a very fair price to have all of my carpets cleaned. I will definetly use them again in the future.

Man came promptly to estimate. He was excellent (name is Mike). When the window cleaners arrived, the older of the two said he could not remove our screens. I said they had been removed before and that it should be a standard operation to remove them. he said he didn't know how and couldn't do it. He was not pleasant or apologetic about the way he said it. I said I would get someone else to do it. A week later, we received a bill for the entire amount, though I had called Mike, the estimator, to report what had happened on the day the washers were here.

Fantastic job, carpets looked new and smelled good. They put furniture on foam blocks so carpet moisture would not leach into wood furniture. Moved all furniture as needed.

I keep calling them back because they do a really good job. We use a guy name Mike who comes out. In the past I had leg surgery and he once asked me if there was anything he could do for me, which impressed me. Every time I call them I now ask for Mike. Their prices are always good and they run good specials. I have enjoyed their service and I do not intend on using anyone else.
