The project went fairly well. However, after the work was completed problems began to appear within six months. Areas of concrete actually separated from other areas and excessive cracking occured over large areas of the concrete. One area actually has the concrete "coming up". In May of 2011 Andy came to inspect the floor. He took pictures and said he would fix the problem. Since that time I have phoned him many times and left messages at both his business number and his cell phone. In June, Andy left a message on my answering machine assuring us that he would be here to fix the floor, but as of today (9/2/11) we have not seen any effort from Andy to keep his word and honor his contract. Numerous calls to his phone have gone un- returned.
