concrete repair
 + -1 moreI watched KLM put in a driveway in my neighborhood and liked their work. Ken came out and gave me an estimate on placing my driveway. I signed the contract. That was in March. Ken said he expected to get to our project by July. As of October it has not been done. He does not reply to cell phone voicemail messages, email messages or messages sent on the company website. All I asked for was information but neither Ken or anyone from the company has responded. Meanwhile I lost an entire summer and will need to get a new contractor and wait until next summer. Again, all I wanted and expected was communication and information. I did not push relative to the timing.
