It's good service and reasonable prices. The workers were knowledgeable, hardworking, and consciousness. They cleaned up well after themselves.

Jodway was a pleasure to work with. Came out quickly to diagnose the system and determined that our 14 year old system had a coolant leak. Gave us the option to replace the coil and recharge it or to replace the entire system which was definitely the more prudent option given changes in EPA restrictions. The installer was out within 2 business days and completed all of the work in a single business day. AC works great and you never would have known the installer was there. Would highly recommend Jodway to anyone that needs HVAC work done.

I would use this company again because the company I had before that told me that I needed a new motor for $800. Jodway Heating and Cooling told me that I didn't need a new motor and that I just need to have it resealed.

Our heating went down the night before Thanksgiving. We placed a call that night and Mike called us back bright and early Thangsgiving morning. He came out that day and made repairs. He actually gives his employees off for holiday and takes the calls himself! This is not the first time we have been more than satisfied with his company-the BEST in Ohio for price and service.

They have always been professional and courteous and were quick to help us out. They are a top notch company!

AWESOME ! The team introduced themselves upon arrival. Very friendly and professionalism at its best. Very considerate of cleanliness and workspace. Offered to haul away yard debris that was not apart of the job. Most HONEST contractor we have ever worked with. All rebates were given up front to us and the remaining cost was ours to pay. Jodway filed and mailed all rebates, even sent a thank you card for selecting them to service us. This business truly cares about the service performed and future service when called upon. Out of 8 quotes from major HVAC players including big warehouse, Jodway was the one extra we reached out to and thankfully was the correct business to hire ! This was the second company I called trying to get someone out that afternoon.  They had opening in 1hr and I rushed home to meet them.  Ryan showed up right at the targeted time.  He was very professional and knowledgeable.  I described what was happening and what I suspected from my own troubleshooting and he quickly confirmed it.  They had a spare right on the truck so he changed it and got the AC outside unit working again.  While reassembling and cleaning up, he noticed one of the lines was far too hot and offered to clean the coils to improve the cooling.  This is much easier with the fan off the top so it can be sprayed from the inside-out.  He answered all my questions about other topics (thermostat relocation, hot water tank, replacement costs, etc...) and I was very satisfied, even though I had been considering fixing it myself, I was glad I called and feel I got value from them.  I know when I have to replace my old AC unit in the upcoming years, they will be the first I will call.

Good communication from the home office. Ryan installed the humidifier and cleaned up afterwards. Now our home is less dry and we no longer have to deal with static shocks in the winter months.

Colleen was great in setting up the appointments and all around communications. Ryan removed the old hot water tank and installed the new one. He cleaned up afterwards, and was very pleasant to speak with. I have nothing but high praise for the Jodways.

Don was very professional and helpful making sure both furnaces were working properly as well as air conditioners.  He also solved  a problem of a leak that I had been told was coming from the roof.  It was really coming from the drain system out of

the furnace that is up in a crawl space above the ceiling.  He spent time crawling around in that dusty space for quite awhile and found out where the leak was coming from.  No one else ever took the time to see what was really going on.  He did and he did a PVC line repair and it seems to have solved the problem. Outstanding work done by Don at Jodway Heating and Cooling and I really appreciated it.  I am sure that they will be the ones I call for any heating and cooling issues as well as yearly check ups

The technician, Matt, arrived promptly. He was both personable and professional. The completed the work, explained what had been done and gave me an update on the status of the unit.

They did a great job at the quoted price!  We've used them 3 times so far and we've never had a bad experience! 

We liked there services very well. They were very professional, kind and honest. They were really responsive. I think there was something that he could have fixed or changed and he could have charged it for it and we wouldn't even have known the difference. But, we didn't need it and so he was honest about it and said no, we didn't need it.

I think he was very patient. I initially started looking for a furnace and an a/c combination. After reading through a lot of literature I started looking at heat-furnace and heat-pump combinations and he was very patient and gave me all the pricing and the details for the air filters. He almost took about a month and a half of back and forth discussions to come to a final agreement, if you may. And he was pretty much patient all throughout the way, and explained in detail. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves; they came on time as was planned and they forecasted the jobs really well.

They were fantastic, they didn't try to sell me a whole new system when I just needed one part fixed. They came out on a weekend when it was very hot on a Saturday so I didn't have to wait until the following week which was nice!

Jodway Heating & Cooling are pretty good. I have used them for the past 4 or 5 years. They are good. They are the only ones who gave me a really good estimate for a gas hot water heater.
