From the initial request for service back in October till completion required some "encouragement" on my part, but they finally got the roof leak done in one day, in April. Clean-up was good--a few nails in the grass that caught my eye. Roof has been through a long stint of rain and drizzle, but no leaks! Have yet to surveil the results myself, but happy so far.

I am completely satisfied. They did a great job. And, there was a small problem and they made it right. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs

The roof leaked six hours after completion when it rained! It has been a month and a half and the leaking has destroyed a wall, soaked the carpet, drapes, furniture, warped our custom oak trim. The problem has yet to be resolved. At the very least they could have put a tarp over the area. Never ever have Hinckley Roofing! We live in an upscale home and our dining and main living area is plagued with dark wet spots on the ceiling, the wall paint is bubbled and basically an embarrassment to entertain. Absolutely no sense of urgency from the company to stop the leaks and fix the damage in a timely manner!

It did not go well, there were multiple leaks, they were very non-responsive when we would call. It was very frustrating because they would not call back and the leaks were problematic, water getting into the room where the leaks were. It ruined our ceiling which cost us additional money to replace. After repeated calls to them to fix it, they finally came after I wrote to the Better Business bureau. We cannot recommend them at all.

I live in Brunswick and on May 12th our area experienced a very bad storm with high wind, hail and a lot of rain. We sustained hail damage to our roof, siding, deck and patio door. I contacted Hinckley Roofing. I wanted a company that is from the area and have been in business for quite a long time. Believe me I had every storm chaser knocking on my door, but I wanted to know that I could trust that my contractor would be there for me if I had any issues.
Wes came out to do the estimate and I knew from the start that he would make sure that the job was going to be done right. They use the best products with the best warranties. Wes dealt with the insurance company, he made sure that they did not miss anything. I can't say enough about Wes he was available anytime I have had questions and he made sure every detail was taken care of.
Their roofing crew was great. We had a complete tear off and replaced decking, the job took one and a half days and it was a very good experience. The roof looks great!
Josh and Jessie did our siding and replaced a window. They did a fantastic job! Josh is a perfectionist, my house looks great!

They were prompt, professional and seemed to work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves well. The issue we have had is with the shingles they installed and the warranty- both of which were sold as top of the line product by the Hinckley salesman. In less than 2 years sections of our roof were green with what seemed to be algae, seemed odd as we barely had any on the previous 18 year old roof. When I contacted Hinckley they routed me to Owens Corning to follow their warranty process, but said they would help provide whatever I needed to file. So I completed the very complicated, and laborious process of filing over 20 photographs, multiple shingles from the roof, paid to ship all the materials to Owens Corning. After weeks of follow up, I was fnally was told that yeah, they tested the materials in their lab, and it was lichens not algae therefore not covered by the warranty. ( they of course provide no lab reports, and were very rude to deal with) I was upset that the warranty of the shingles was so misleading. Hinckley eventually found a spray to rid of the algae/moss which has worked but will need to be repeated periodically and we pay for the service/materials. Our issue was with the manufacturer, not Hinckley and they definitely tried to help us out; but I would say they should reconsider selling misleading warranties or this product given the amount of complaints about it. I would also not go the expense of the gutter guards, we seem to have had more ice form with these guards than before.

I  was given a estimated range of cost as it was apparent that there might be some sheeting (plywood) replacement required.
Six men arrived as scheduled, did a complete tear off, replaced several of the plywood sheets, installed the skylights and all of the house roof the first day.  Arrived as scheduled on day two and proceeded to apply a special material to the roof of my attached sun room which had leaked for years and then roofed the storage shed.  There was no damage to any of our landscaping and cleanup was thorough with all material removed from my property.  A pleasant surprise was the fial cost was at the low end of the original estimate.  I'll add that the estimate and final price was equal to or lower than those received from other suppliers that also estimated two to three days tpo complete the work.

Siding/wood around bay window had been improperly sealed/installed by the builder and rotted out.    Hinckley Roofing removed all the rotted wood, replaced all the wood paneling/siding around/below, sealed the window, sheathed properly and painted the new panels.   It looks like a brand new home after 14 years!   Carpenters were very professional.  Working with owners Frank and Steve was great!  Thank you!

The company was great. Response was timely, he  inspected the roof and did not try to over sell us. I will denfiniely be calling this company when i need roof work.

It went very well. They were very prompt and cleaned up afterwards. Since they had installed a new roof for us about 11 years ago, they charged us nothing. Very professional. Frank, the job supervisor, was very nice and did excellent work.

They did a good job. They came on time and did the work agreed upon at the price agreed upon. They were quick and cleaned up thoroughly. It was a good experience.

After they finished it started leaking again. I had to call them 3 times before they would even speak to me. They were supposed to do 2 different things and billed us for both but only actually did 1 of the things they were supposed to do! This was a horrible experience!
