Great experience picking out a stone with Tony. Template and install was very smooth. My sister used them after my recommendation and she had an equally positive experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.    Their costs may seem appealing, but this is the most common case in point of 'you get what you pay for'.  After our kitchen granite countertops cracked down to the core ( our contractor said he had never seen such a thing and can't even imagine how this could happen, except for it being an absolutely terrible install ) two months after installation, we could not reach anybody accountable at the company.

After our contractor finally spoke with someone, four appointments were scheduled for them to view the cracked countertops and all four times they were a no show.  The only way this BRAND NEW countertop can be fixed is to replace the entire granite slab.  Their lazy solution was to throw some calk on it and tell us the owner or manager would be back to evaluate.  We still are not able to reach anyone who will resurrect this situation for us.

They also did a terrible job installing a granite countertop in our bar/lounge and fell short on a backsplash piece.  We let all of this slide when moving into our home because the people we dealt with originally were no longer with the company and we could not stand to talk to a new person every time, so we just let it go.

Please use your best discretion when dealing with this vendor.  You really do get what you pay for and these guys are bottom of the barrel providers.

I was a little worried since this company did not have any reviews.  I compared three companies in Medina.  National Granite Luxuries had the right color of slab that I wanted so I took a chance.  It was actually the cheapest, but we weren't swayed by the price.  They didn't have all the designing services or the fluff that the other companies had, but all we needed was granite.  They had the most selection of the three.  Every person that we dealt with was friendly and helpful from the staff that helped us pick our granite, to the template layer to the installers.  They allowed us to come and help lay the template on the granite.  There was striping that I wanted to avoid so I loved that option.  We did not have any seams so I can not attest to how those look.  The installers made sure that the granite fit properly against the wall, so that the back splash would not slip behind. They had to do a little problem solving.  It was looks flawless.   I love my granite.  It looks beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone who may be on the fence or anyone who is looking for granite.

We visited 2 major distributors in this area and got quotes from 4 granite retailers. National Granite Luxuries, LLC (or Granite Luxuries as they are called here on Angie's List, yes it IS the same company, we checked) were by far the best people to work with, the best price, had granite varieties that no one else had, and they did an excellent job in every aspect. We spent quite a bit of time picking out our slabs because the colors and looks can be quite a bit different from the little samples everyone hands out. Because we had 60 sq. ft. of granite to be installed we had to get at least 2 slabs with the same colorations and in the tones we wanted. They never complained that we were coming back too many times, or that they had to move the slabs for us to look at more slabs, etc. Every person we worked with was polite, professional, and did their job very well. The templating was done when they said it would be, and he knew what he was doing because everything fit perfectly. They spent a lot of time making sure we got all our pieces laid out on the slabs (we used 2 slabs) and the movement in the stone lines up seamlessly from one piece to the next. We have 1 seam in all 60 sq. ft. and it is almost undetectable - excellent job! The sealer is a messy process, but totally necessary. Our granite looks like a picture from a magazine and we have been extremely pleased with all their work. We highly recommend this company for granite installation!

I called Granite Luxuries to find out if they had the granite I was trying to match. I spoke with Tina. She checked their inventory and called me back within the hour saying they did carry the exotic granite I was trying to match. I went to Granite Luxuries and Tina helped me through every step. She spent a lot of time with me. She knew I was trying to match existing pieces of granite on my tub deck and that this was a difficult process.

I went back to Granite Luxuries several times before making a final decision.

Tina was always helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I spoke with Keith, the owner of Granite Luxuries, and he assured me they would do everything they could to work with me. Dan and John came out to measure for a template. They did a fantastic job when they came back to install the granite. Thanks to Keith, Tina, Dan and John, and Tony and Brett, the technicians. I am pleased with both the service and product I received from Granite Luxuries.

This company did our kitchen counters and backsplash on one occasion, and our bathroom counters on another occasion; great job

The experience started off well, we picked the product from the place we purchased our kitchen cabinets. We were able to go to the warehouse to pick out our slab, however when we arrived they were out of our style but told us more slabs were being delivered tomorrow. The problem was that the warehouse was located over 45 minutes from our home, not sure if this was an error on the kitchen supplier but it was a waste of time. The second day we visited we got to pick out our slab and the sales person was friendly. The following week they came to our home to make a template. Then we drove back out to the warehouse to place our template on the slab we picked out. Some of the people at the warehouse were unfriendly. Also when trying to find out when they were coming out to our home to template or install the counter tops they never seemed to know, I was told they don't make out the delivery schedule until the morning of that day so my husband or myself had to take off work. When they installed there was a film left on the counter top. The owner of the company told me to use straight accetone to remove any debris. I asked if that would take off my sealer he said no. I asked them to come back out because I didn't feel comfortable using a product like that. They did come back out and removed the sealer with straight acetone (I thought that was ironic) and resealed. The surface is better but I'm done dealing with this company.

They were very professional, the guy was very nice. They got it for us within 7 days. When we realized we needed to have the edges polished they had us come in with it and polished it.
