That was great and were happy with it, they did a great job.

The company was very professional in setting up the estimate. I sent in my deposit the next day and was told to expect a call to set up installation within 2 weeks. 2 weeks sounded long but I waited... and waited. The check hadn't been deposited so about 3-4 weeks later, I called. The girl on the phone was no longer Ms. Friendly and was very unwilling to help resolve the problem. I called the sales guy (the district manager) and he took care of it. Apparently, the postage paid envelope they provided goes to the a postal store where it sits for a week+ until the postal store gets enough pieces of mail to deliver. This doesn't make any sense and I don't believe it. The installation went fine. I noticed a little damage to the outside concrete after they left but I think I can fix it myself with some caulk. We love the way the new windows look and how much light they bring in. Overall, I am happy with our purchase but wish the whole experience had gone a little faster and smoother.

Glass Block America did a very good job. They were knowledgeable in answering our questions and followed our instructions precisely. They even lowered their price from the original quote by $200.

THEY WERE PROMPT WHICH WAS NICE. THEY GOT IT ALL DONE IN A DAY WHICH WAS ALSO NICE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK. ONE GUY DID THE WORK AND ONE TOOK MEASUREMENTS.

ONCE THEY FINALLY GOT HERE, THEY DID A FINE JOB. THEY DIDN'T COME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO, AND THEY DIDN'T CALL TO SAY THEY WERE DELAYED. WHEN WE CALLED, THEY DIDN'T SEEM CONCERNED. THEY WEREN'T UP FRONT WITH US. THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD, BUT THERE PEOPLES ATTITUE WAS ONE OF ARROGANCE AND I JUST WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN.
