FRIENDLY COMPUTER

I am new to the area and my PC died. I walked into this local shop to inquire about a replacement. The owner treated me like an idiot because I didn't want a fancy custom build. I just wanted an inexpensive replacement for my HP/Compaq. I felt he was rude, condescending and down right neighborly.

Was very knowledgeable about computers. Transferred my old hard drive to the new hard drive. Had the job completed in only a few days. Very satisfied with the product and service.

My computer kept getting slower and slower and it got to the point where I could brew a pot of coffee while waiting for it to start up, so I called Ralph. (Yes, I should have called him sooner!) He checked it over and a new hard drive was in order. He transferred as much as possible from the old drive to the new. It took a couple days, but he retrieved a lot of files and it was worth the wait. He also updated the virus and spyware programs. I only had to reinstall some of my software. I'm very happy with the results. Ralph has a wide range of computer system packages available and can help you select one or build the right one to suit your needs.

VERY HELPFUL ON THE PHONE, MUCH MORE THAN THE TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE FROM DELL. WHEN I BROUGHT MY COMPUTER TO HIM, HE DIAGNOSED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY FASHION. HE SET UP THE COMPUTER AND GAVE ME FREE ANTI-VIRUS, FIREWALL, AND DVD SOFTWARE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE HAVING COMPUTER PROBLEMS!

DON'T SPEND MONEY ON THE HELP LINES OR NEW SOFTWARE IF YOU'RE IN THE SAME BOAT AS I WAS IN. GO TO THESE GUYS FIRST. IT'S CHEAPER AND A LOT LESS FRUSTRATING.
