They called ahead of time to make sure someone was home (kind of killed the surprise....) and said they would be out very soon, which ended up being 4 hours later. That was a very long wait. Because of that, the helium balloon lost most of its air in the cold delivery van. Driver was friendly and apologetic. Told us if the balloon didn't "revive itself" that we could call and get a replacement, which is what we ended up doing the next day. The flowers are unbelievable fresh and beautifully arranged, despite the cost. Last longer than expected, especially the roses, which usually die in 2 days. Five days later, they are still gorgeous. The Asian lilies are breathtaking and still very fresh also.
Description of Work: Floral arrangement to be delivered on Valentine's Day with a helium balloon.
