Great company. Showed up on time and completed the whole roof from tear off to completion by mid afternoon. Cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have known they were ever there. Highly recommend this company.

The company sent someone out to paint the roof vent without coordinating with me and after I was planning on going with another company that was 30% of the price of Fixler. As said there was no contract revived for me to sign that stated warranties, etc. but since the roofer was out I just had him do it. After being told high quality heat resistant paint would be used, the worker spent 10 minutes slapping krylon paint on. Needless to say, less than a year later rust is bleeding thru on the vent. After contacting the owner we were told the original worker would be sent out to repair it. After a month of not hearing back, we were then told that worker no longer works for their company and it would be $375 to have someone else come out. How absurd is that? On my google review the company stated that they have no warranties on work they do on roofs not installed by them. I have never heard of such a thing. We are having the other company come back out and they will be painting it for $125, they will be sanding it and they offer a 1 year warranty. I usually don’t spend time on reviews but I felt like people need to be aware of these practices

"Dear [Member Name Removed], I’m sorry that you are upset as that is never our goal. I would like to remind you that when you contact us last year to paint a pipe we informed you that we didn’t do that type of work and we didn’t service your area. We have not done any previous work for you and the roof was not installed by Fixler Roofing. As you did not accept that response we decided to offer to paint the pipe when we were in the area for you. We do not warranty any repair work on roofs not originally installed by Fixler Roofing. A year later we were contacted by Timothy Roach and asked to paint the pipe again. We explained that we have someone that does repairs and he could contact Timothy directly to schedule and see what he could do. As there was no roofing work involved with this issue he offered to paint it again for a charge. You accepted that and he did so. We may recommend contacting a painting company as this is not a roofing issue and the roof was not installed by Fixler Roofing."

Fixler did a fantastic job, the crew was professional, on time (early as well), worked hard to complete in one day and absolutely no cutting corners, they did top notch work. I worked with David (owner) to provide the necessary insurance information to have it covered due to storm damage and he worked with my insurance company to provide all the needed information to obtain the approvals needed to replace. David was responsive, email, text, phone and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process of getting my roof replaced.

Had a small leak. David saw the problem immediately and not only fixed it but brought down before and after pictures so I could see what the problem was and how it was repaired. Very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Would rehire in a second.

Went perfect. They were on time, tore off 2 layers of shingles, fixed a broken sheet of plywood and installed the new roof in a day. I was very impressed that they were able to do my 2 story colonial home in a day...start to finish. They guys were profession and cleaned up everything very well. Have definitely already recommended them to others.

From initial contact to the estimate of work to job completion, Fixler Roofing did an outstanding job. I received quotes from several other roofing companies prior to selecting Fixler and none provided the level of professionalism I found with Fixler. They always provided a timely response and I had the quote next-day (some of their competitors took much longer).
The work was done on the date promised and everything was completed the same day. The crew was courteous and did a great job cleaning up our property. The roof looks better than expected and the workmanship is outstanding.
I have already recommended Fixler to my friends and family - in fact my in-laws have already scheduled them for their roof replacement. I will continue to promote them to friends and family as an honest and reliable company to do business with.

I got him from running through the neighborhood and saw his sign on someone’s yard. The insurance paid for it. They did an excellent job. They were quick and efficient. They just did a great job. They had the roof off and the new roof on by lunchtime. He has a big crew. They showed up early and they got it done by lunchtime. They did a good job.

We are all weary of having large jobs done and spending allot of money on things we do not have allot of knowledge about. Dave and his crew were professional. They finished my roof in one day. This included a complete tear off and replacement with a new roof. There were allot of people here that day and they all had a job to do. No standing around. They all were working from the time they got to my house (very early) till the time they left. I think there were roughly 14 people here working on the roof. The roof looks great and while this evaluation is a little late at getting posted I must say the roof has done well over the past 20 months. They do a great job.

This job went extremely well and we were very pleased from start to finish. Our roof was the original roof being 24 years old but needed to be removed due to wind damage. It turned out the original roof was technically not done the way it should have been done but Fixler Roofing has now taken care of that problem for us and we have a beautiful roof and new skylights. Ice and water shield was added and roofing felt was added. Overall, we are now protected well that will last many years to come. The work was professionally completed along with excellant clean-up afterwards removing shigles and all hardware that dropped on the ground and in the grass. Many, many thanks to Fixler Roofing and crew!!! We would highly recommend you!!

It went well. They were very good at picking up their nails with a magnet. They came over a couple of times to move a pallet from one place to another upon my request. They were very responsive. They did very nice work.

David and his crew were very pleasant to work with. They tore off and replaced the roof and siding on our split level house. As the work is progressing we realized that a couple of doors needed replaced as well as a couple of windows. We even had them do the work while we were on vacation which was nice to not have to deal with the construction every day. David kept me informed of the progress and sent pictures. They also had to deal with my neighbor! When we returned, everything was nearly completed and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the products that they use. They are definitely top notch! We have already given their name out to friends and will continue to do so.

Called around noon , hoping they could come out same day because it was supposed to storm that night. Left message and was called back within an hour. They ( all 4 of them ) did come out about 4pm and assessed situation, and were able to fix roof in 1/2 hour. All were very professional . They were awesome.

This was an insurance claim, so price negotiation wasn't really an issue. They were responsive in meeting with us initially and scheduled the job pretty quickly, which is the main reason we went with them. One word of warning--they showed up nearly an hour earlier than they told us on the day of the job (6:45 a.m. I think), and my husband and I weren't quite ready for that, but at least they weren't late, I suppose. They cleaned up pretty well after themselves (although we discovered a bunch of nails, screws, and cigarette butts in our recycling bin rather than our trash bin afterward). Overall, I think they did a pretty decent job, and I really can't complain since we only had to pay the cost of our deductible.
