No issues. Replaced broken garage door spring.

Great. They had it isn stack and I bought.

I had very good service from them. But, the building that they were in, it's been torn down and there's just an empty lot now. So, I don't know if they're still in business or if they changed their location, or whether they're still in business or not.I would use them again and I would recommend them to someone else.

I stopped into the Doors and More office around the middle of June. I spoke with Sue regarding the garage doors and gave her approximate measurements. She informed me the one garage door company was having a 'special' (sale) and explained the garage doors to me and the various garage door openers, as well as providing me with paper information I could bring home. Sue also advised me that installation would be 2 - 3 weeks after the order was placed for the doors. I called the office once we had made a decision as to which garage door opener to purchase as well as the garage doors and made an appointment for the technician to come out to do the measuring. The technician came out the following week. After the technician came out to measure, the order was placed for the garage doors. After a couple of weeks, I called to inquire about the garage doors and installation of them and left a message. Fran returned my call the next day as I had called close to closing time. She informed me the doors were in and we set up a date for installation. The installer came out during the time frame I was given, between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. He worked diligently installing the doors, and explained the benefits of the door opener, the individual remotes, and the unit on the wall. He also explained there were motion sensors in the unit on the wall as well as the garage door sensors. The installation was clean and Carey took away all of the old hardware, in addition to the old garage doors. I advised Carey that we were going to have new trim placed around the garage doors and he suggested the weather strip molding that he was going to install be installed with the new trim to avoid breakage/damage of the strips when being removed off of the old molding and re-installed on the new molding. I took his advice and he was kind enough to cut the strips in half instead of leaving me with a 16' strip and two 14' strips. The job was completed in the same day. All employees I met and spoke with were professional, pleasant, and knew their product.
I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I had a few estimates from other companies and decided to go with Doors and More because of the difference in quality of their products compared to other estimates that I had received. The installer arrived on time on the day that they said that he would be here to install the door and opener. I'm more than happy with everything that was done and the quality and professionalism is better than I had expected. It's rare these days to get what you pay for, let alone more than you expect. Very Happy!

The service man was very punctual, and he installed my new garage door opener quickly and explained some of the feature's. I have used them before and they always do a great job.

The sales person arrived on time and answered all of our questions. We love our new door. My only gripe with the company is the lack of communication. The door took a little longer than expected to arrive and I had to call to find out the status of the order. When I called, the woman was able to schedule me right away. The installer was on time, professional and worked very quickly and neatly. He had the work done in half of the estimated time.

I called them and described the problem. They came when they said they would and fixed the problem. The door has worked fine since, and I will call them again if I ever need repairs.

We called them one afternoon to inquire about fixing/replacing a broken garage door opener. They came to our house the next morning and replaced the door opener within a couple hours. The service man was courteous and friendly, along with the woman I spoke to on the phone. A job well done, and quickly! We will definitely use them again in the future.
