Theresa agreed to have two visits instead of one, which I appreciated. I was impressed with how well she listened and responded when I requested working more slowly. Her information was helpful, and working with her to clear and organize clothing and papers gave me hope!

It went well. The only issue that we had was that we had to involve ourselves more than we would like to. We thought that it was something that she was going to come and do in our house but we actually had to be there to help her. But other than that, the service was good. She was very nice but I do not think that we will use her again just because we just do not have the time. The reason why we were paying her was that so she can do it herself but we had to get very very heavily involved with it. She was supposed to come and basically fix our mess and my wife basically had to sit with her and actually do the work with her. She requested that somebody was with her from the very beginning and I do not know if that happens every time or she just did it in our case but that was what happened with us. She was very good with her professionalism and her service. She was very professional. Like I said, the only complaint that we have is that my wife had to be there with her for the whole three or four hours that she was in the house. It is not a service that we can just get and they would make sure that everything is going to be taken care of. The price for the service was very cheap but this was a big deal and I do not know what her fee costs. The quality of her work was very nice but it was a little hard to schedule the service.

Great combination of fun and hard work!  I have been trying to get my husband going for years on a huge effort to clean out the basement.  He wants to have a rec room/man cave built in part of the basement, but we can't even begin to do that until we get rid of a lot of "stuff" that we've accumulated over the years.  Now that we're both retired, we can spend the time necessary to do this.  Hiring Cluttered Solutions is the spark that finally lit a fire under him!  I was very impressed that Therese digs right in and works along side of us, even hauling things up to the garage.  She is also doing research and putting us in touch with other resources to help us evaluate certain items, figure out where certain specific things can be donated, and even looking for a shredding service.  Therese is a warm, friendly, outgoing person; and working with her is most enjoyable.  We're already looking forward to our next session with her.

very well, she seemed to have a lot of good ideas, on how to use my space. she was pleasant and knew how to  organize my personal from my  business items. she got it done in one day, and it was so worth the money.

Therese in every aspect kept in communications with us.  She returned email and phone calls.  There was a lot in our attic.  We did accomplish much and Therese will be back.  We look forward to completing our project.

They are very trustworthy. If they find money or jewelry, they always bring it right to me. I have used them for a couple of years now, and I know to book her well in advance because she fills up fast! It is nice to know that there is a specialized service out there for my needs! I wouldn't have known she existed if I hadn't called Angie's List looking for help!

They were professional, chalk full of Ideas. They were the lowest bid on the block.

SHE ORGANIZED THE WHOLE HOUSE, ROOM BY ROOM. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE WAS ONLY $30 -35 AN HOUR. SHE CAME MULTIPLE TIMES. I WOULD USE HER AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HER TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS.
