They were extremely helpful and professional. They kept me updated, worked with the insurance company, and completed the work in good time.

Great! So professional and friendly. Car looks great! We got 3 quotes and this was the least expensive. One quote was for 2 1/2 times as much with a scare tactic of 'potential unseen body damage'. The people at Champs assured us that there were no hidden issues. Honesty is priceless!

To make a long story short, I picked up my car this afternoon and am overjoyed with the way it looks; it is absolutely beautiful. I can't give Champ's enough accolades and will be bringing my car to them only for all my future automotive needs, for as much as they are able to do. Champs is a real gem and deserves my highest recommendations, which I give wholeheartedly!

Brian had fixed everything that needed to be fixed such as the fender, bumper, door, bumps and painting.  Car looks brand new.  I had shopped around.  His pricing was good, great customer service and professionalism was outstanding.  I would definitely use him again.  I hope not to soon.

Brian was very professional when I contacted him inquiring about fixing the repairs I needed done.  He picked the phone up on the first couple of rings every time I called his office.  Brian listened to what I needed done on the phone and offered to do a free estimate on the needed work.  We agreed on a time and date for the estimate.  At the time of the estimate, Brian discovered and pointed out several additional defects I was unaware of that needed addressing.  Brian quoted me a fair price on the spot which covered the needed work plus the additional defects; the price Brian quoted me was lower than the price I had in my head for the work I needed done, which made me happy as I was able to get the extra work done at what I feel was a great price.  The additional amount I spent on the extra work was worth every penny and was a huge value to me.

At the time of delivery, Brian had had several additional jobs delivered for repair already but assured me we would have our vehicle repaired on time and within budget.  He was absolutely right -- his paint job was superb, he blended the new paint and the existing paint perfectly and made everything look brand-new again.  His team also detailed the vehicle prior to delivering it to me for pickup, including vaccuming the interior, which was a very pleasant surprise.  And had our vehicle ready for pickup an hour earlier than he had quoted.

I usually only use companies with multiple 'A' grades on Angie's List for work I need done.  I'm not sure why I went with Brian and Champ's repair this time as Brian doesn't have any reports listed with Angie's List besides mine -- but I'm very glad I did.  I will use Brian and only Brian for any and all future body work I need done as I trust him, he does excellent work, he gave me a great price, and he's just a nice and very likeable guy.
