+ -1 moreI walked in with a sample of the pipe I needed and asked if they could cut me a 4' section of the same type and diameter. They said they could do that, and went ahead and took care of it right away.
Description of Work: I had them cut muffler pipe for me as per the suggestion of a welder. Although this was an unconventional request, they treated me professionally, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. I'll be happy to do business with them when I need muffler work as well.

+ -1 moreThey have been very good and I’ve used them on a number of occasions. They have good feedback and are very honest. They are maybe not the lowest price but you know that everything that they are doing is legitimate. They are very upfront. The thing that kept me coming back was, the first time I ever went to have anything done there, it was a car that was making some exhaust noise. I took it in and found out that it was a $10 part and they charged me a total of $15 to fix it, and that always never happens when you go to an auto place. I’ve never had any complications with them.
Description of Work: I use Busy Bee Muffler Center for my auto care needs. It’s been a while since I last went to see then because I’ve gotten a new car; so it’s probably been 2 years.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE MEDINA AREA.
Description of Work: WE TOOK MY HUSBAND''S TRUCK INTO BUSY BEE TO HAVE HIS MUFFLER REPLACED. THE GUYS AT BUSY BEE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED. THEY HELPED US RIGHT AWAY AND THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THEIR TRADE. IN THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING MY HUSBANDS MUFFLER AND EXHAUST SYSTEM THEY DISCOVERED THAT HIS CARBORATOR INSIDED HAD EXPLODED. THEY REALIZED THAT FIXING THIS WAS GOING TO BE AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE THAT WE WERE NOT EXPECTING, SO THE OWNER GAVE US A VERY NICE DEAL ON THE ADDITIONAL REPAIRS. WE KNEW THAT THE REPAIRS WERE LEGITAMATE BECUASE THEY BROUGHT OUT THE CARBORATOR AND THE BROKEN APART INSIDES. IN OTHER WORDS THEY MADE IT A POINT TO EDUCATE US ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE REPAIRING ON OUR TRUCK. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY WERE HONEST AND FUN TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
