The process took awhile as the problem needed to be diagnosed and the part ordered.

The repair was done quickly and neatly. This was my second visit to the shop. I still can't believe that I have only used them twice in thirty years. Had I known how good the shop was, I would have used them more frequently in the past. Bravo!

We went to them because we'd had business with them before and we have always been very, very, very, very pleased. They do what they say they are going to do and they always to a good job. They're speedy. They're integrative. They're good.

Craig and his team at Busy Bee are excellent. Anytime I need work I call Craig and he fits me right in and I trust he doesn't run me over the coals with unneeded work.

We use Busy Bee Muffler Center pretty regularly.

I walked in with a sample of the pipe I needed and asked if they could cut me a 4' section of the same type and diameter. They said they could do that, and went ahead and took care of it right away.

They have been very good and I’ve used them on a number of occasions. They have good feedback and are very honest. They are maybe not the lowest price but you know that everything that they are doing is legitimate. They are very upfront. The thing that kept me coming back was, the first time I ever went to have anything done there, it was a car that was making some exhaust noise. I took it in and found out that it was a $10 part and they charged me a total of $15 to fix it, and that always never happens when you go to an auto place. I’ve never had any complications with them.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE MEDINA AREA.
