Description of Work: I ordered semi-custom Schrock cabinets for my kitchen and bathrooms. Brennan at Building 9 was very helpful in designing the space. The cabinets were installed by my remodeler. Cabinet hardware was very inexpensive. I'm not sure of the price of the cabinets because it was bundled in my overall remodeling price. I highly recommend Building 9 for cabinets.

+ -1 moreWe couldn't be happier with the their service and the product they provided. All of our dealling with them went great. They are very professional and all of the personal's knowledge of their products and suppliers was superb.
Description of Work: They assisted with the determining our Shrock kitchen cabinets to order. They ordered them and stored them until our kitchen was ready to have them installed. When we needed addition items for the cabinets they were right on the spot to assist us and get the items shipped directly to our house.

+ -1 moreI went to browse this store on Jan 6th, again on Jan 16th, and again in December. Not One Time Did ANYONE and I mean ANYONE ask if I needed ANY HELP!!!!!!!!!!. Yes, there were other individuals shopping AND there were also 2 gentlemen at the counter laughing and appearing to have fun. Their prices may be good but their customer service SUCKSSSSSSSSSSS...... I decided to browse the Massillon store on Jan 21st and I must say they were very professional/responsive and I had 3 individuals ask if I needed any help. Even the gentleman behind the counter looked up and asked how he could be of service. The Massillon store should train the Akron store in regards to customer service..........I would be comfortable in shopping at the Massillon store. I would rate the Akron store F and the Massillon store A...
