Repairs went well. We took the snowblowers in for repairs early in the season. The snow blowers are working good.

Excellent work at a fair price. Took a while though.

The repair went fine, but I had this done towards the end of the season, so time will tell if the price they charged was worth the amount of mowing time I'll get our of it. The shop does NOT accept credit cards, so come with cash or check.

They tuned up my 20 year old snow blower and replaced the bottom scraper, along with tuning the carburetor, replacing the spark plug, etc..     I took it back because it seemed a little sluggish and Bob got right on it that same day and had it tuned in a couple of hours!     Bob couldn't have been any nicer or more professional, and really cared about 'making things right' with the customer.     I would definitely take a mower or snow blower to Bob for service.

He was very good. I'd recommend him to anyone. Anything with a small engine in it, he's the guy!

Self-propelled function on lawn mower quit working. Bob's Mowers tore transmission apart, replaced bearing and re-greased. After first use at home it was still not working quite right and returned to provider. He made additional necessary repairs (at no additional cost) and it has worked fine ever since.

The mower sat out all winter because we couldn't get it to roll, everything was frozen.  Bob picked it up within 24 hours of me calling and had it completely repaired and returned by the end of the week.  Everyone at his business was friendly and cooperative.  After using the mower for the first time, the mower stopped operating.  I called Bob and he picked it up that day.  The problem was a switch and was unrelated to the first incident.  He picked it up, replaced the switch and dropped the mower back off for no charge.  I would and will be using them again.

Awesome. When I took these items in, the YardVac would not start, the snowthrower would not maintain a constant RPM, and the chainsaw seemed to be stuck on full throttle.
I received a call in less than a week that all three items were ready for pick-up.
When I went in top pick these up, Bob started each one to demonstarte that they were now working properly. When I asked for an additional adjustment on the snowthrower, he took care of it on the spot. 
I have not used the snowthrower or chainsaw yet, but the YardVac runs great!. I was able to blow the leaves from both my yard and the neighbors yard in less than a half hour.

Bob and Bob's Mowers and More are fantastic.  He is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed every step of the way.  He came in, picked up our lawn mower, and had it repaired and back to us within 3 days.  He even picked it up on a Friday and worked on it over the week-end so we could have it back to us quicker.   Bob did not charge us any extra fees because he worked on it over the week-end, he just did it because that is he kind of business he runs.  He ought to give a seminar on customer service - he obviously knows that customer service is the most important thing to a consumer (although his prices are very reasonable also).  Thanks for making us believe there are actually business owners out there that care about their customers.  I would definitely recommend him if you need a lawn mower or other small engine repair done.  He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and keeps you informed.  You can't ask for more than that.  Bob will get your repair done quickly, at a reasonable price, and with you fully informed during the entire process.  You will not be disappointed.

I selected Bob's Mowers primarily based on the amazing reviews. And now I understand why they are so amazing. When I first talked to Bob (by phone), I felt like he was an old friend that I just met. Even though it was a minor repair, he made me feel like I was his most important customer. Bob sent two young men to my house to pick up the mower, and the friendly and knowledgeable service continued. It has been a very positive experience. Very good, called with estimate and what repairs were needed.  Repairs made on time and everything went well.

"I'll give you a good price if you give me a good review on Angie's list."   Maintenance and repair was done in a timely fashion and I had my snowblower back at home before the first snow.  However, the repair cost $270 almost half of what I paid for it NEW.  And still today the snowblower works, but it doesn't clean the snow like it did before.  But most of all, Bob had an attitude that made me feel as if he was doing me a favor when in fact he was doing the work I could probably have done somewhere else at a lower price.  Don't get me wrong, the snowblower works, and it was done promptly.  But I didn't care for the attitude nor the price. 
And I won't go back.  My price should have nothing to do with Angieslist.....up or down.  And for customer like me that is loyal and keeps people like him in business, I didn't think he was very appreciative.  BTW, I have used many Angieslist providers and have never left a negative review.

Had me start it and  he made adjustments as it ran.  Runs well now.
