Super professional! They cleaned up their little bit of a mess that was made and were on their way! I've had several smaller pieces of glass cut since then.

"We were late in getting the OK on this job. It was estimated 3 weeks prior to the go ahead being given. In the interim our mirror polishing machine broke down and needed to be replaced. This is a new, high end apartment community and the mirrors were for the workout room. The mirrors were completed before the space was occupied and residents were able to use it when they opened."

Called and spoke with Karen. She was very helpful and polite. Next day, John came out to give a bid and examine job. Within 1-1/2 weeks, job was scheduled and completed. Very professional. The installers were very courteous and respectful and cleaned up afterwards. They completed the job in the same day - one afternoon. Very efficient.

All was installed on time and with much attention paid to quality and detail. My wife and I continue to be impressed with the range of excellent products and the professional installation done by Big D Glass. We have about 10 windows installed by them about 2 years ago and we could not be happier. We will use Big D again.
