OK. New system is much different than the old ones, but Belsole was knowledgeable about it. Rough grading was included in the original quote. We paid an extra $800.00 for a finer grading and seeding to be done. That's the part we're not happy about. The grading was still very rough with holes and bumps and uneven ground. We notified Belsole and Brian said they'd come back and fix things up, but we have yet to see them.

We were selling our parents home and part of the negotiation was to have the septic tank replaced.  Brian was very responsive.  He came out right away and provided a quote.  His quote was very reasonable.  He scheduled to do the work within a couple of weeks.  He did a great job for the quoted price.  He and his staff also had to deal with a potential buyer that was very aggressive and constantly calling asking for updates.  They handled that very well and we appreciated their professionalism.
