CONCRETE IS DISCOLORED AND SPLOTCHY. EDGES ARE PITTED AND CRUMBLING. DO NOT ALLOW HIM TO CONVINCE YOU IT IS OKAY TO POUR CONCRETE WHEN THE TEMPERATURE IS LOW.
