It went well, no problems.  They removed the phone service as requested.  We removed this to go with a cheaper option,  We still have the high speed internet which works really good and is reliable (only it's a little pricey).

They scheduled the appointment from 8am to 12pm on a weekday. I took the day off and they didn't show. I called them to ask on the estimated time that they would arrive and the answer: sometime today. Their answer for missing the appointment is: we got really busy and we will give you a $20.00 credit on your account. Miss a whole day of work and here is $20.00 dollars for that.
