We bought a water heater at Home Depot and this company installed it. They were great? Very, very, knowledgeable and Chris explained everything! They arrived promptly and cleaned everything up before they left. They even cut down the cardboard and put it in the recycle bins.

Thanks to these great folks our water was restored in an hour or so.

I have used the services of APPC Plumbing through Home Depot on two previous occasions.  Once for a hot water heater installation and again for a garbage disposal installation.  But recently, we had a more serious problem-a water leak!  The leak was from a supply line behind the wall in a second story bathroom.  We contacted APPC Plumbing directly and they made it a priority to squeeze us into their schedule.  Thanks guys great work!  They are now our "go to" plumbers.

They fixed it on a Saturday and did not charge me any extra.

I contacted Home Depot online to purchase a new hot water tank including installation, and APPC Plumbing was the company assigned to do the job. They were very professional and efficient. They returned phone calls and answered or addressed any questions or concerns rather quickly. What a smooth and pleasureable experience. Water heater installation was tricky because my tank is upstairs in the attic space. The old tank proved challenging to get down those pull-down attic stairs, it was wedged and a little too large to fit through the stair opening. They handled it all with ease and grace, completed the job without any major mess or problems and cleaned up any debris. The details of the job and any details about the tank were explained. I rarely do any kind of reviews, but this company made a positive impression on me. Thank you APPC.

Everything went very smooth. The installation was explained to me in detail before starting. The job was done in ample time. The job sight was completely cleaned. He was friendly. I would definitely call them again.

They came the same day and took care of our problems quickly and efficiently. I am having them come back to replace toilets next week.

Eric made himself available to me on a Saturday when I was hardly able to get any other company to return a call, let alone offer same day service. He patiently explained all terms of his emergency service, explained my options and was up front about pricing and fees. With his help, I was able to resolve an emergency situation at our rental property without displacing my tenants for even one day.

Less than two months later, my tenants reported having condensation issues with the new tank. Again, with Eric's help, we figured out the root cause of the issue was our chimney was blocked and unable to clear due to the type of chimney and the presence of asbestos. We needed a completely different water tank that would be compatible with PVC side vents. It was our only option ... or at least the most affordable one.

Through the entire thing, Eric answered his phone, returned calls, contacted the chimney specialist we paid to come out and inspect the issue, and when he was having trouble understanding exactly what the problem was with our chimney, he was even willing to drop everything and drive an hour to the property to inspect it himself. He spent hours helping me resolve this issue. He is clearly a busy man, managing a large business over a widespread area. Despite all that, he really gave me as much of his time as I needed to get to the bottom of the issue.

He gave us a deal on the new tank, and even bought the old one from us (he explained that he occasionally has situations where he is able to donate such tanks in a charitable manner). He swapped out the tanks same day, and the installer he sent (Steve) was professional and pleasant. Eric admitted that his first installer on the job (the one that installed the first tank) should have seen evidence that there was an existing issue with our chimney.

Eric, the owner of APPC, went above and beyond for me. He is an honest business person, and even when he didn't have to, he DID THE RIGHT THING! Too many times have I dealt with companies that simply don't.... he is my plumber from now on, and I recommend him to everyone I know.

I called APPC Plumbing about 8:30 am and they arrived about 10:30 as promised. The two men that showed up evaluated the situation and then beginning using a water jet to free the flow of the drain. After about 15 minutes the drain started to flow. The two men made sure all the water drained from the garage and even swept an water standing on the garage floor out to the drain. The left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Price charged was the same as the price quoted before the service was preformed. This is my fourth use of APPC Plumbing and each time they were responsive, polite and solved the problem I had contacted them about. I have and will continue to recommend APPC Plumbing to my friends.

APPC Plumbing Services told my husband we needed a new supply valve for the toilet and that wasn't included. The invoice said a new supply valve for the toilet at a $39.00 cost. I couldn't find any other plumber to come out and put in that toilet. Other companies wanted to only install their toilets. APPC was willing to come out and install it, on an emergency basis. My husband is very hard to work with, but this guy was able to calmly sell him an extra thing that we needed. My husband ended up happy with the installation. That's something of a miracle worker.

APPC Plumbing Services was on time, reasonably priced and knew what they were doing. Once they arrived the drain cleaner was off the truck in operation within 5 minutes. I could tell they had done many drains before since the resolved the problem in a quick time. The two gentlemen I dealt with were polite and did not make a big mess doing their job.

Our almost 11-year-old power vented water tank required replacement after one too many breakdowns. After some research, we found a new power vented water tank and purchased from Home Depot. APPC was the recommended installer from Home Depot. I called Home Depot and they immediately connected me with Keith from APPC. I explained my setup--a horizontal vent that required a power vented water tank, and that all connections present--and that we'd purchased a new water tank for install. Keith was VERY helpful and seems very knowledgeable about the various installs. He really set me at ease that this group of plumbers knew what they were doing. He clearly delineated the price for install, and indicated that the price might change depending on conditions in our home. He added that they charged for a city inspection ($40 in our city) and that an inspector would call to inspect our setup within a week. He told me of a tax break I could have gotten had the clerk at Home Depot allowed me to schedule the install at the time of water tank purchase in the store. He was flexible in his scheduling and allowed us same-day scheduling as they had a spot open. Overall, a good experience in scheduling. He called again to verify that the time he had open was, indeed,open. Curt, the installer, called to alert me that he was coming, and when. I was able to alert my wife to expect him. Once there, and paperwork filled out, we were told that local ordinances required an expansion tank. Reasonable enough, and better for safety, so I agreed to it. Otherwise, no surprises on the bill. He did a great job with installation. He even lugged the heavy water heater on his own into the basement. Took about 2 1/2 hours to do the job. He thoroughly explained to my wife the correct way to use the expansion tank and the water heater. Overall, he was clearly very knowledgeable about the job, and professional as well. Overall, I was pleased with the work and the communication. Sure, I could have saved by shopping around for price a little more. Unfortunately, we were shopping under duress as our water heater had given up the ghost. However, I feel I got what I paid for and would recommend APPC to anyone requiring this type of install. I think it also helped that I had at least a basic knowledge of what to expect with hot water heater installation. Thanks, Keith and Curt!

Excellent service, communication and professionalism. I came home Thursday night to find water on the utility room floor. I called in the morning and by late afternoon had a new water heater. I received a quote on the phone with the warning that I might need valves replaced to conform to code. The plumber arrived and explained my options, leaving all final decisions to me. He quickly replace the water heater, removing the old one and cleaning up all the debris. Highly, highly recommend!

On a Friday afternoon our hot water heater failed. I contacted APPC through Home Depot on Friday evening. Saturday afternoon they had our new hot water tank installed and working. I put n/a for pricing since I didn't really price shop. There were extra charges that were explained to us, such as a need for an expansion tank. Our city inspector confirmed these were legitimate charges.
