All Ohio Plumbing, Inc., was formally All Ohio Mechanical, Inc. we are the same company with a new name All Ohio Plumbing, Inc. We can fix all type of plumbing problems and take care of all your residential plumbing or commercial plumbing needs. So whether your problem is a clogged drain, a broken water heater, or you’re a looking for a new construction rough-in plumbing, All Ohio Plumbing, Inc. has your needs covered. I’m Jimmy Kulesza and I started All Ohio Plumbing, Inc. in 1996. I have been working in the plumbing and heating industry for over 25 years. I enjoy the work I do and I believe you will see that in my personality and work performance. Because I had been providing outstanding service and quality workmanship for previous employers, I knew I could provide this same type of service building a reputation for myself. When you call for service, you will be talking directly with me and not an answering service. I am a licensed master plumber who provides service for all your plumbing and steamed heat needs. I partner with local heating companies that could provide HVAC service. I service Cuyahoga, Medina and Summit Counties including southern Lorain County. Called All Ohio Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon, and spoke to Jimmy the owner; requesting a service call to have a dishwasher installed, along with other plumbing services. Upon mentioning a dishwasher install and before I could mention the other plumbing services that were needed. Jimmy the owner immediately responded with "No! Not on a Saturday!" And then proceeded to hang up on me. This is a demonstration of poor customer service and lack of professionalism! The Company publishes on their website that their goal is to provide outstanding service, quality workmanship, and honesty. I believe they have some work to do in order to demonstrate "outstanding service"; specifically their over the phone customer service delivery! I guess you will never know what the other services were Mr. Jimmy - could of been lucrative for you, to bad it's Saturday. But hey maybe you don't need the work, but you can still act in a professional manner. Sitting on the couch is probably best for you on those Saturday's.

Very professional and gets the repairs done quickly. The second time we called, he was unavailable to come to the house the same day, we could have called someone else, but we were happy with the work he performed the first time, so we waited since it was not an emergency repair.
