We had a very good experience with “A Glass Block Vision.” We learned about then at the Home and Garden show in Cleveland. When contacted the owner made a visit with us and fully explained the materials that he uses and the work that they would perform. We had one special size window and he was able to design an arrangement that would work for our needs. We had five windows including the one special size window and his crew completed the job in just 2½ hours. They were very neat and fully cleaned their work areas before they left. I would recommend “A Glass Block Vision” for any glass block project.

We were pleased with the results of our new basement window blocks. The sales team knew their product and answered our questions without hesitation. The installers were also experienced, getting right to work in the art of removing the old windows and installing the blocks. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves to the point of even taking away the old windows! We give them an A+.

I reached out to the company on a Saturday and received a call back for an appointment that week to get an estimate. Two weeks later my windows were installed. Let me tell you - Iâ ve never been so impressed. Dave took the time to explain everything to me about the differences in materials and the amount of light that would be let in, etc. His installers were professional, neat and did a fantastic job. The owner David came to my home and made his presentation. During the process he gave a play by play of exactly what to expect. He was very personable and professional. The day of installation went EXACTLY as he described. The installers were on time and had the window in in under 2hours. I have to give them props because I know that thing was super heavy. They gave me good advice on maintenance and they had the area cleaned up in no time.
