As I mentioned previously; I had no other choice than to pick up my pet.

I've been a client for several years and have never been treated in this way. The Grooming Services have been excellent and my pet has been a and quot;daycareand quot; and and quot;boarderand quot; for several years.

Dr. Hicks has always been available for any issues that have come up during her and quot;daycareand quot; stays. He is very receptive to any of her needs while she is there.

Since my pet has numerous and quot;allergiesand quot; The Allergist we see as well as The Internist recommended that she not be vaccinated with the Rabies Vaccine but to get the and quot;Titerand quot; done since she was vaccinated in 2011. The Titer was done on July 3rd, 2014 along with other blood work at The Metro Veterinary Hospital. I tried to explain this to the person I was talking to on Saturday but, since she was so rude and in no listening mood I could not convey this information.

I do not have any documentation of this conversation; only my recollection of it. She called me at about 10:15am Saturday, August 9th, 2014.

Thus, the person who represents this Company / Establishment having a and quot;chip on their shoulder or having a bad dayand quot; should never pass it on to a client or potential one as it certainly will steer them away.

Dr Hicks spent 45 minutes with us on our 1st visit. He gave us all kinds of tips to try. He is such a caring person. His staff is the best! They are always very professional and willing to help in any way they can. Dr Hicks is working with us diligently to get her diabetes under control. The facility is so clean! That's part of the reason I left my last vet. I never felt like the office was clean. That is so not the case here. We love Dr Hicks and the entire staff!!!!

He is with Akron-Medina Veterinary Hospital. I spent $250 the last time I went to him. I have been his client for about four years. He has taken care of all my animals. He has a bedside manner that will melt your heart. He is very good with animals and he is very good with the people that own them. Sometimes, his prices are a little high, but he has all the equipment right there; I do not have to go anywhere else. He saves me time and money by taking care of my pets immediately. He has a pet resort. I feel very comfortable when I leave my animals with him. His staff is just wonderful. I will continue to use his services in the future.

I have a very older cat. Dr. Hicks seems to understands her needs as an older cat and some of her own peculiar self problems. They have been very understanding, helpful, and compassionate. He is still a live and kicking and doing very well. I think their treatments have helped.

We will never go to another vet. After months and months of different treatments for our dog's symptoms, one visit at Akron-Medina got to the root of the problem. I really believe this is because Dr. Hicks truly cares. In addition, his staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.
