Great! Matt was excellent with explaining everything I needed and very accommodating. Even helped me troubleshoot an issue I encountered later..goes above and beyond with friendly professionalism.

Matt with Advantage was terrific.  He was prompt, courteous and professional.  He completed the repair quickly and perhaps more valuable, he educated me about the function of dryers, some watch-outs, proper venting (it turns out my vent installation is less than ideal), etc.  Advantage Washer & Dryer Repair will ABSOLUTELY be my "go to" service provider for washer and dryer repair moving forward.

I telephoned Matt at 8:30 this morning needing repair for my electric dryer. He was not far away and was able to squeeze me in today before opening his shop. He telephoned again to let me know he was 15 min away - love that. Matt was very professional, very courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away, had the parts already in his truck, and I had a working dryer by 10 am. He showed me exactly what was worn out, showed me parts that could have been the culprit but still looked good. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything. My total bill for service call, plus labor and parts was $123 plus tax. Matt cleaned up his work area nicely. LOVED the service. Highly recommend. Would definitely call again for washer / dryer repair. Thank you!!

After using the dryer for a while the dryer developed problems. Matt responded immediately to fix the issue. After it became apparent
the it was an intermittent problem and would take some time and effort to
troubleshoot, not only did Matt replace the dryer completely free of charge, he
delivered the replacement to my home and
removed to old one.
