Sean did an amazing job and we look forward to working with him again in the future. We ordered an Andersen A series patio door from Home Depot and agreed to have a local contractor handle the installation. The contractor later indicated that he wasn't comfortable installing the custom 8 ft high sliding door and we were stuck with the door. I reached out to Andersen and they provided me with Sean's contact information. Things couldn't have worked out better and I'm glad that things worked out the way that they did. I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of the door and attention to detail and it was obvious that Sean new exactly what he was doing. The scope of the job grew when we discovered a rotted OSB behind the old patio steps but Sean committed to the job and made sure it was done it right. Thanks for your commitment to quality work!

Excellent service and very timely.Extremely professional and friendly.  I would 100% recommend using Advanced for any Anderson window repair or replacement issues. They were extremely professional, followed up on phone calls, came out for an initial visit to determine what was needed ordered the parts and installed them earlier than expected since the parts came in early. No surprises and a very pleasant experience. Warm and cozy this winter thanks to Advanced.

We were very happy with the service that we received. Sean Catlin gave us a quote to replace several windows in our house. We elected to just replace the casement window over our kitchen sink at this time. We were charged exactly the amount in the quote. He communicated several times with us to let us know when he and his crew would show up to do the work. The installation is perfect. He has replaced windows for us in the past, and he always installs the trim and the siding with attention to detail. We are very happy with the installation and how it was performed. He and his crew did a great job cleaning up afterward. We will definitely hire Sean and his company to replace more windows in our house in the future.

Sean is an authorized installer and repair tech for Anderson products. He was able to order weatherstripping for my ten year old Anderson slider and also two slider screens. His estimate was fair and the work was completed on a timely basis, quickly and well. I will use Sean for all my Anderson needs.

We did quite a bit of research on doors and found the Andersens to be excellent. Advanced came out and did the initial quote. Once we decided they came back out to re-measure. At that time we discussed colors and we changed the selection of handles based on what we talked about. He was also very good about email communication which really helps us. They did have to move their installation date due to a conflict (did tell us quickly after the originally scheduled date) and then their open day was right before we were going out of town. Because of that, they brought an extra person with them so the doors would get done in one day. In fact, they have a carpenter come who does the trim - he did an excellent job. In fact, the original builder had mixed pine and oak on the one door, and he replaced with all oak. They were very clear about what they were doing to waterproof, and discussed with us the preference to use a nailing flange, which we agreed to. The moldings they put over the flange area, and where the siding butts up to the door looks very professional. We love the doors. There is a foot lock that is very easy to use. The regular lock is much more sturdy then what was on our old doors. We also don't feel near the same amount of cold coming through the door. They are low-e insulated glass, and the frame is wood wrapped in vinyl, so it is far less conductive. Thrilled to have these in!

It went just as before, great experience form beginning to the end. From the initial contact to the estimate to the installation and right on the through the final trimming and wrap up. I was happy with the service as well as the promptness and the overall professionalism. I will be using them again to finish up the remaining dozen windows this coming year.

From the initial contact, through the selection, the quote, the scheduling, the ordering and the installation everything went smoother than I expected.
