Fireplace Service
I had been looking for someone to replace my outside vent gas fireplace burner for almost a year. The unit was about 15 years old. I had made at least twenty five phone calls. Went on-line, called everyone in the phone book under fireplaces, contacted everyone Angie's List e-mailed me. No one serviced, could, or would order the part for me. I was able to reach a very nice gentleman at the phone number I had been given. He understood what I needed, I gave them all the info from the fireplace, he ordered the part from Lenox, who makes Superior Fireplaces. He called me when it came in, about two weeks, set up an appointment to install it. It was all done over the phone, I gave him my credit card info, they billed my account. My nightmare had ended. The fire place is a Superior made by Lenox.
