I had a very good experience with Matt. Service was performed quickly with a quality exceeding expectations.

Matt Waddle, owner of 312 Construction, was referred to me by another person working at my home.  I met with Matt in July to get a quote on replacing garage doors and openers.  One of the current openers was completely dead and one had problems.  I had attached insulation on the old doors.  Matt identified this as a potential reason the old door openers were failing.  We discussed changing the doors to 8 foot doors, which were the size of the original doors.  Matt left two catalogs to review and determine the type of door I wanted.
I contacted Matt again in November to update the quote and submit a purchase.  Matt and I discussed the options I wanted with the new door openers.  After that, Matt took care of everything. 
The installation took two days - one day to remove old doors (including supporting framing) and install the new doors; the second day the openers and controls were installed.  When the installation was complete, Matt provided instructions about how the controls work.  As he was explaining the functions, his partner, Mike, swept the entire garage floor.  On both days Matt and Mike were onsite as discussed earlier.
One option I purchased with the door openers was an internet gateway to support a smart phone app.  The gateway instructions were confusing.  I contacted Matt a few days later.  After our discussion of the issue, Matt provided a YouTube video of the installation process.
The work done by Matt and Mike was exceptional.  They are very friendly and made this purchase and installation easy.

Smooth from start to finish. I talked with Matt on the phone on Wednesday and he was able to come the following Saturday morning. He arrived on Saturday morning as promised and fixed my problems without a hitch. He is polite, friendly and professional. Any future garage door problems - I call Matt!!

312 Construction LLC did a wonderful job. The owner installed our garage door opener for us, and also a keypad opener, and we purchased 3 remotes.  Matt Wadle, the owner, was our installer.  He was very personable and professional.  He was also extremely knowledgeable.  The new garage door opener is much better quality than our old one was, and is much quieter.   He was prompt, and actually came out and did the job much quicker than other places we initially called to get estimates.  We plan to use 312 Construction LLC in the near future to have a new door put from our garage into our home, and then in the spring, we plan to also have them install a new garage door for us.  The final price ended up being much better than other prices we were quoted for the same work from other companies in the area. We would highly recommend 312 Construction LLC to anyone looking to have  garage door openers, or garage doors installed.
