WEAVER OVERHEAD DOORS

Excellent from start to finish. I called for a repair service and they had the parts for a Wayne Dalton door in stock. They kindly worked me in and called when they were coming. Mr. Weaver is beyond helpful and professional and showed up and made the repair himself in a timely manner. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

They are responsive and on time. They did a really good job. They were personable. I would recommend them.

The job went as well as could be expected. Blake showed up within the time limit as was anticipated and had the new panels installed within 35 minutes and removed the old damaged panels as well.  Lewis was initially prompt when coming out to inspect the job to be done and was prompt in providing a quote and timeframe for the work to be completed.  I was very pleased with their entire operation.

Good customer service is nearly impossible to come across these days, however Weaver is an exception that assumption.  The rep. (Lewis) came out at no charge to help lift the garage door so I could remove my car, made a second trip to replace the spring and returned at no cost to make an adjustment to the door that was a preexisting concern.  Weaver responded to my service request within minutes each time and arrived at the house within a half hour.  Lewis was knowledgeable, courteous and definitely went above and beyond.

Mr. Weaver arrived promptly to inspect the job and provide an estimate. He answered my questions about the options I had for doors, which helped me to decide the proper doors to install. When the doors were in he called to schedule a time to do the installation and kept that appointment. The quality of the automatic openers and the doors is excellent. His work to install the openers and doors was also excellent. There was a problem with the weather stripping around one door getting caught and tearing as that door was lowered. I called and he responded the next day to correct and advise about the problem. That problem is now corrected and did not re-occur. My order included a keyless entry pad which was not installed during the original work. A call to Mr. Weaver alerting him to this oversight resulted in him scheduling a return trip to install the keyless entry at my convenience. Of note is that his return trips to correct the weather stripping and the keyless entry were after he had received full payment for the job. Despite that, he was very attentive to my calls and quick to respond and address my concerns.All of the work is now completed and I am very pleased with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. I would definitely recommend Mr. Weaver to family, friends or anyone who needs garage door work.

In fact we had them a couple of times, one time one door broke and another time they installed a new door so they are very dependable and they put their little information on the wall of the garage door so you could see who you are dealing with.  We found them on Angies List.  They are very quick as they came right away the very next day after the door was broken.  They are very good at whatever needs to be done

I called the company and requested repair.  They had someone available to come out on the weekend, but to avoid the mandatory $450 service call, I waited until the following week.  The repair man was right on time, even a little early.  He was finished in about 45 minutes.  I had a coupon through Angie's List for $25 off of garage door repairs, but I forgot to give it to him.  When I called the company to ask about applying the coupon, they honored it as soon as I mailed them the coupon.  Excellent customer service!  I would not hesitate to use their company again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lewis came within 1 1/2 hours of calling him.  He was very professional and reasonable.  Didn't expect so quick turn around.

Garage spring broke over the holiday weekend.  Called about 10 am  left message, call  was returned about 15 min later.  Mike was at my house by noon and was able to complete the work in a timely manner.

He always called back right away and showed up when he said he would. His prices were very reasonable.

Very fair Price. Installers were competent and skilled. Cleaned up after themselves. All doors have functioned perfectly for over two years now. The company was recommended to me by my cousin who had two doors installed on his attached garage at his house and then two more doors on a detached garage addition 4 years later. I only remembered today that I hadn't provided a review when my neighbor across the street here in Upper Arlington told me she was in need of replacing her garage door. I gave her Weaver's name and number after telling her I had a positive experience with them. Mr. Weaver offered me a significant group discount if I could convince all of my neighbors at the Condo complex to do all 4 of our doors at the same time. Since there had never been electric doors previously, and two of the owners had been content without them for many years, it took a bit of convincing. They are, however, quite happy with the decision to go ahead with it. Said they can't believe they didn't do it sooner.

I like that they were prompt and I think the cost was good. I would use them again.

Our garage door was installed incorrectly by our home builder, so when we put the opener motor in it always had trouble. After a couple of years the door came completely off its rails during a snowstorm - we couldn't close the door at all. Mr. Weaver came up at 8 PM in the snow and remounted the door properly - warned us that the motor was not in good shape but he serviced it too and all was well for the time being. 6 months later the motor gave out for good. He argued with the manufacturer to honor the warranty costs and got us a new motor for a discount, and had it installed and running in very short order. Have recommended Weaver to others and they too have had good service.

One of our garage door springs broke (loud, explosive-like noise) after I pulled a car out and closed the garage door, trapping my daughter's car inside the garage. I called our general contractor to ask for a referral and he recommended Weaver Overhead Doors. Lewis Weaver answered when I called around 4:30 PM and said he would be out at 10:00 AM the next day. Like other overhead door companies, he suggested replacing both the broken and the unbroken springs, as they tend to both go bad about the same time. I also asked about the pro and cons of the springs that are reported as longer lasting, coming to the conclusion that they were an unnecessary expense for our situation. Since I was not going to be home, I left the back door to the garage open. My daughter, who happened to be home unexpectedly, said he arrived as scheduled, completed the work and left, leaving the bill on the shelf in the garage. The springs, and the door! work fine. We are very pleased with his reputation, responsiveness, work, and price.

It was very difficult finding someone to fix our unusual garage door opener. Nofziger recommended Mr. Weaver and we are very pleased with the results. Mr. Weaver even managed to make the falling lock work which we had never been able to set up properly.

They were prompt and affordable. They did an excellent job repairing the damage on our garage door.

MR. WEAVER IS A DELIGHT. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN, WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT IT. HIS CHARGE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE.

I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE SPEED OF THE RETURN CALL AND MR. WEAVER'S PROFESSIONALISM AND POLITENESS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT RESERVATION. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHIN FOUR HOURS OF MY CALL. ANOTHER COMPANY COULDN'T PROMISE ME ANYTHING EARLIER THAN FOUR DAYS EVEN THOUGH MY CAR WAS INACCESSIBLE.
