Myron went the extra mile to call the manufacturer of the HVAC system and found out that the 3 winding motors they were using originally (this was our 3rd motor to fail) were 1st underpowered so they raised the spec a year ago from 1/3 to 1/2 horsepower and the new motor is now a 4 wire armature motor that will start smoother, run cooler and is much quieter.
It's service like this, calling the manufacturer, instead of just replacing the motor same for same as the previous Lenox techs did that make Myron go to the extra distance. We've also used him to install multiple whole house surge suppressors. ground rods and rewiring when we converted from gas to electric ovens. He cleans up immaculately after himself and his rates are very good and the bill is detailed with all parts and labor broken out.
