Great work, whole new window is better than the old one, did perfect repairs to the outside, worked well with insurance, cleaned up nicely, prompt and professional.

Everything went great!  The crew was absolutely fabulous!!!  They came to work & that's exactly what they did.  When Sam called to crew to come, there were around 5-6 people here getting our basement water free.  All involved were exceptionally nice & I was so glad that they hauled away most of the water-damaged items, and that i didn't have to call someone else to do it.  The only reason they didn't take all of the damaged items was because we couldn't get to some of them because of a huge TV in the way.  I do wish that when they cut our paneling off, that they would have cut it evenly and not left jagged edges.  There were nails we found sticking out also, but my husband & I took care of that.  It was no big deal.
Sam Breeze was excellent!!   The bad thing about the whole mess was, we had over $15,000 worth of damage to the rec area & basement.  Our insurance only paid $5,000, and to top it off Traveler's Insurance cancelled our home owners insurance because
this was the 2nd water damage claim we had in 2 years.  So beware people.....don't file a claim unless you absolutely have to.  That was our lesson learned from this whole ordeal.  
Morocco's worked all day long, and they finally left our house around 4:30 or 5 p.m.
I would definitely recommend them if you have any water damage.  They were great!!

The guy was really nice when he came out. I wound up going with a different company. Actually, this estimate was cheaper, but they took about a week to get the estimate to me. I needed the work done soon, so I chose the other company.

One time, I even asked them for something on the roof, and they said that it should not be attempted at the time. That was really honest of them. They have always done good work for me.

Everything went extremely well. It looks very very good. The brick work underneath on the footing looks great. We have received compliments on how good it looks. The prices are good for the quality that you get, and the quality is outstanding. They always call back within 15 minutes, and there is a woman who comes out and takes measurements and prepares estimates. She also supervises the work, going job to job and solving problems (for instance, when they pulled the siding off they saw that the wood was rotten so she went and bought new material to cover it up). They don't make promises they can't fulfill, and will recommend other companies if they do not think they
