The walls were damaged by water intrusion.  Saunders removed all the old, disintegrated concrete and poured new concrete, using rebar to strengthen the bond between the failed parts and the still-sound parts of the basement walls.  When done, his crew cleaned up all debris and left the basement in better condition than when they arrived.

It went excellent.  I had Saunders install the original sump pump  approximately 18 years.  Since then I have told

many people that they were the best contractor I ever had in my home.   Again they didn't disappoint this time.  : ) 

They fixed my water problem and went the second mile and did the best job ever of cleaning the gutters.  I would recommend

Excellent work! Rick and his workers were very prompt. They arrived each morning before 8am and worked a full day. They performed all the work that they quoted and even exceeded our expectations! They did a good job. They will do most anything I ask. The previous owner had used them to waterproof the basement. I was getting water in the basement and they came in and dug it up. They did a very good job and didn't charge me anything for that. They were very easy to work with. Everything was very good and I enjoyed working with them.

They were very friendly. They took care of everything. We had an issue, and they came back to fix it.

They did an excellent job. It was a major project, as they had to dig up around the basement walls and put new drain towels in. They did the job very quickly, in about 3 days, and also did a great job cleaning up.

It went really well. Initially I wanted to have the basement waterproofed but the expense, while reasonable, did not make sense for me financially. They were really good about breaking down the different parts of the estimate and letting me choose what made the most sense for me. For now I chose to only do the water rerouting to see if that improves the situation. I may follow through with the other portions of the estimate at a later date. Last but not least, they are good Samaritans. I had lost a small tree during the wind storm. I managed to get the tree cut up into pieces and placed them between the street and sidewalk-but the pieces were too big and awkward for the city to pick up and estimate I got for private removal just seemed too high. Without me even asking they picked up the tree bits and put them in their pick-up truck! It was a huge relief for me and affirmed what I already knew-I was doing business with good people.

They spelled in great detail what they would do and what it would cover. The did a good job, they left the house in immaculate order. They gave us two estimates and told us what each system would do and wouldn't do. They made us feel comfortable. They did more than they said they would, and I would use them again.

They arrived on time, used the dry lock I purchased (saved some money), and gave the basement walls about 4 thick coats. They did a nice job. It is neat and now looks better. I touched up a couple places about a day after it was done, only because Iron stains were showing through. Man! THAT was tough enough. And they put on FOUR thick coats! Lots of labor is what they saved me. (Other basement companies I called would not do the job). They wanted to sell me more than I wanted and was not interested in doing just a ''dry lock'' job. So I was glad Judy accommodated me.

THEY ARE A HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM AND WERE REALLY NICE TO WORK WITH. THEY AIM TO PLEASE AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK.

BAD EXPERIENCE. DID NOT HAVE MEMBERS BEST INTEREST IN MIND.

VERY PLEASANT AND SAVED US MONEY.

WONDERFUL COMPANY WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WONDERFUL FOLLOW THROUGH.
