Very good experience from the Salesman, Ron, who priced out and wrote up the contract to the crew who did the job.  The crew was on time and took off 2 roofs in 2 hours and put on the new roof in 2 hours.  They cleaned up my entire yard and made sure there was no debris in my neighbor yard too.  I would recommend this company to any one who needs a new roof on their home.

We dealt with representatives of Tom's Roofing. On day of work the crew & trucks were from another company; i.e., they had a different name on the side of trucks. When we asked about it the staff said it was a brother's company.
Left many roof staples and insulation sheeting in pieces throughout the job site. We found a "dent" in roof upon job completion. When asked about it they said that was the shape of the roof line, and not their fault.
Job was completed in one day.

For the most part the roof has held up well. They were easy to speak to and he answered my questions. They were prompt and their clean up was very good. We did find a couple of shingles that were not nailed properly but it was years later we discovered them coming up. They were easy to repair this past summer. I have recommended them to others several times.

Overall it went great.

We contacted them and they came-out to repair the leaks, which they made us pay extra for. We didn't end up having any additional problems after they came back out to make the repairs.

Milo was able to accomodate my schedule which was a late fall, 2008 installation that I was trying to time with the repainting of my exterior. He strongly recommended doing the roof first and he prioritized our project so as to complete it before the weather turned bad. Materials arrived sooner than expected and his crew was able to begin the work within a week of contract signing. The crew arrived early in the morning and was finished by the end of the day, coming back the next day to cleanup as promised.

It was a a really good experience. They were fast, efficient. Stuck to the original estimate. Haven't had any problems and it's been four years. Always on time. Very courtious. Always cleaned up after themselves.

This was the first time I have used their services. They did a good job, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves very well. They pulled their truck in our yard and made some tire tracks but they came out the very next day to fix it.

I received three estimates and this and the one other were around the same ball park. I was happy with my decision to use this company.

You can call them 5 years later and they will still help you. It is a very good company and very reputable. I was very pleased.

Good and quick. He delivered what he promised. He said if there was anything that happened with the work that he did, I could call him.

I can not complain about any of the work they do. They are perfect.
