 + -1 moreThey are really good and excellent. The oversized Italian vase was at least 30 inches tall and at least 20 inches wide. It?s a hand painted pottery. I was afraid to pack it myself. I wanted to be sure that it would get there unbroken. So I called them and I then took it in. They packed it for me and also shipped it for me. I didn?t have to do anything else once I went to their store. I knew that it was in good hands. They took care and made sure that it went as a fragile protected delivery. The man who owns the business is usually the one you talk to. He is very good. The price was excellent for the service they provided me. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: The UPS Store delivered an oversized Italian vase to my daughter-in-law in Connecticut probably in early spring of this year.

 + -1 moreI first contacted the UPS store by email. My mother and I had made a very large dollhouse many years ago and promised it to my grand niece. When she turned 7, it seemed impossible to get the dollhouse to her in North Carolina--but Mike and his wife made arrangements to pick it up, build a box for it, and ship it safely to my niece. They even called to be sure it had arrived safely! What a great company!
Description of Work: Picked up, packed and shipped a VERY large dollhouse and a large box of fragile dollhouse furniture.
