I'm not overly happy right now. I had called them quite some time ago about the recall. They said they would get back to me. Two months went by. I had to go to the dealership and actually talk to them. Then they said they had to order a new part and then they said, "Oh no, the part was here all along." Then it was two weeks before I could get in. Then again today they were like, "Oh, we don't have you in our system." It took them a while to get that all straightened out. I'm not really sure how competent they really are.

Promt attention by a salesperson named Lois. We test drove and liked the car. Sat there while ALL info requested by them, credit, monthly earnings and such were presented. Down payment was given to them. After a few hours or so my friend drove her new car home. We had been to other dealerships, but none had seemed to talk about leasing. My friend was sooo happy! Seeing her that happy made me and quot;Praise Jesusand quot; for finally finding and quot;safeand quot; transportation for her. We had looked at used cars on corner lots but of course they were all buy and quot;As Isand quot; No warrenties.
Now for the complaint..............The following day, Lois called her to and quot;bring the car in because the vin # was written down wrong because the service man had been in a hurry and copied it down wrong.and quot; Tuesday she took the car in to have that taken care of. As she sat down, Lois immediatly scooped up the keys and told her the car was no longer hers because of having two incomes per month, not one, that satisfied her eligabilty to lease the car, THAT SHE HAD BEEN APPROVED FOR THAT SUNDAY TO DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT! THEY KNEW ALL HER INFO ON THE DAY SHE DROVE IT HOME. HOW IN-COMPETENT ARE THESE PEOPLE??? AND THEN TO LIE TO HER ABOUT VIN#........TO GET HER TO BRING THE CAR IN.
THEN, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TRY AND SELL HER AN OLD USED CAR.
To see my friend or anyone for that matter be treated like that, needed to have attention brought to it. To see her sooo happy one day and then crushed a couple days later, broke my heart! I am glad that I have access to the resources she does not have.

After explaining the features i was looking for and my needs the salesmen Ron kept pushing me towards the mini-vans and told me to just rent a truck when i wanted to haul something. I found this highly insulting and unprofessional. It's the job of the salesman to listen to the customer and try to help them find what their looking for. If you don't have what i'm looking for thats ok, but do not tell me my reasons for wanting specific features are not valid. I'm out looking right after a storm, bad roads, cold and snow everywhere, the salesman should have been able to take this as further evidence i was seriously looking to purchase, you couldn't tell that from his behavior.

I am very happy with their services and work. I feel their waiting room needs remodeling. It’s not very attractive or astatically pleasing. The workers are very friendly and perform great work. They are very customer service oriented. I have been using their services for about a year. I also purchased my vehicle from the dealership for 20,000 including a warranty plan. However, they did not provide floor mats for my vehicle. I was very surprised and disappointed with that. I feel if the place looked pleasing then I would recommend their services.

They were hard to deal with, unwilling to return phone calls or emails. They were unhappy when I financed with my credit union and not them. I put a deposit down and they still keep the vehicle out for sale hoping to sell it for more money then I agreed to. A few things were supposed to be fixed prior to delivery but were not. Worst car buying experience for me ever!

We sent our car in to get a problem fixed. They had the car for over a week. When we first got there they pushed us to fix a lot of different things in the car and didn't even bring up the original problem. When we were told that we could come look at the car they told us they couldn't find what was wrong with it. So we left but there was three new things wrong with the car. We took it back and they said to fix it they would have to keep it. We finally took our car somewhere else. The car was in worst shape than it was when we got there.

THEY HAVE SERVICED OUR CAR OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS SINCE WE BOUGHT IT FROM THEM. ONGOING PROBLEMS THAT THEY DON'T FIX PROPERLY, BUT THEY END UP FIXING THINGS THAT DON'T NEED FIXING. MANAGER HAS NOT RETURNED CALLS. CAR NOT READY WHEN PROMISED. THEY HAVE KEPT OUR CAR 3 DAYS, AND NOT FIXED PROBLEMS. WHY WE'VE CONTINUED TO TAKE OUR CAR THERE, I DON'T KNOW. WE'LL NEVER GO BACK.
