I received a quote for spring cleanup. I saw good things and I used them for snowplow in the winter. So, I wanted to go ahead with the clean up so, I sent a text to Kathy and was told to speak to Mark so I contact him via text. The next day I speak to him. First, he tells me he tried to call several times in the last 2 weeks but I never received a call or a message. He's getting me mixed up with someone who has the same first name and living on the same street. Second, he says he will cleanup all the property except in the backyard he would go back 60 feet. That part of it was strange and I asked him to explain that so, because my backyard is deep he wanted to go up another $300 on the price that I was already given on paper so $700 now. The quote itself doesnt mention feet. Third, once I expressed that and the fact I've always paid between $300-$400 every spring he basically says it doesn't matter and telling me all the business he has on the books in effect saying my potentiaI business doesn't matter. I havent encountered a business who would have a business plan like that and treat a current and potential repeat customer in that way. I always have work to be done. Needless to say I will not be calling them for anything.
