They replaced it at their cost; we didn't have to pay anything. As long as it got replaced, I was OK with it. I just hope they try not to do it again. I was pleased that they took care of it without any problems.

It was OK. As long as we don't have to do it, I don't really pay much attention. This was out of their control but we had an experience where their crew ran into the side of the house with their equipment and we had to have the siding replaced. It wasn't a problem, it was just an inconvenience.

When it snows they usually come out right away. Our monthly homeowners association fee that covers the cost. They usually do a good job. As long as they get the job done in a timely manner, I'm not really concerned because I don't have to do it.
