Stevers’ Roof, Side & Remodel LTD serves Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan for asphalt roofing, steel roofing, rubber roofing, specialty roofing and siding, within a 50 mile radius of Toledo for residential and commercial properties. Our core roofing crew has been together for more than 15 years, and we are proud to have this team working together consistently to ensure the highest quality workmanship and efficient construction. We bring in additional professionals as needed depending on the timing and scope of the project, and we don’t use any subs for cement contract work. All the photos shown on our Web site are actual installations of our work. We take great pride in the attention to detail and quality of our work, and we’re proud to show the installation as evidence of our expertise. We can provide you with a list of references and address upon request. Tom Stevers holds a structural license with the city of Toledo, as well as a general contractor’s license with his hometown of Maumee. He is also a certified “RoofMaster” with four major roofing manufacturing companies and has been on the Professional Roofing Advisory Council for the last nine years.
